SEER Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results Program of the National Cancer Institute (NCI)
Purpose: Collect and publish cancer incidence and survival data from cancer registries that cover about 26% of the US population.
Only comprehensive source of population-based information in the US that includes cancer at the time of diagnosis and patient survival data.

Observe the differences in this percentage related to Race and Gender.
Results Points of significance
Percentage of Black populations (Male and Female) surviving was consistently about 5% lower than all other races.
Females generally had a lower percentage surviving than males (3%-5%)
