All students receive a See Learning Center certificate of graduation and attendance upon successful completion of their course prior to departure.

Examination AND CERTIFICATION

This course consists of 3 classes per day of language instruction and practice which allows for ample time to explore and discover Lisbon and its surrounding areas. Each level is 4 weeks long.

There is a maximum of 8 students per class. This ensures that as a student, you enjoy a personal and attentive learning experience.

STANDARDPORTUGUESE Course

The One-to-One Course means learning Portuguese quickly and intensively, according to your availability and personal requirements. Individual tuition allows for tailor-made classes suited to your job, studies, culture or personal interest – your needs are the teacher’s priority! This course is a perfect opportunity for you to bring personal materials for further assistance. Have as many one-to-one lessons as you wish and start whenever you want!Combine a Portuguese Course with a One-to-One Course and watch your Portuguese develop quickly.

ONE-TO-ONE COURSE

If your objective is to learn Portuguese as quickly as possible, Intensive Portuguese Course is for you! Consisting of 25 classes per week, this intensive course combines the Intensive Portuguese Course with 2 extra daily class hours, allowing you to learn more yet still have free time to explore Portugal. Each class has a maximum of 8 students to ensure personal attention and quality teaching.

It’s an exciting 2-week course with 20 lessons per week, focusing mainly on learning conversational Portuguese. Spoken language, with tailored activities and structures make this course perfect for more mature students.

We offer a range of placement sectors to choose from including media, sales and marketing, administration, tourism and hospitality, education, social services (charity), law, finance, medicine and retail. See Learning Center ensures that all placements are matched to your predetermined career objectives. The Work Experience programme is only available in combination with a four-week Standard Portuguese course or a minimum Portuguese proficiency level of intermediate.

Two evening activities are offered each week including music and dancing, discos, sing-alongs, quizzes and treasure hunts. Students learn while having fun and experiencing the Portuguese language!


SUMMER SCHOOLBY THE BEACH In THE ALGARVE

Students are encouraged to use English to communicate at all times and class activities are geared towards maximising skills and confidence.

There’s plenty to do outside of class, too. This beachfront boarding school is equipped with numerous swimming pools and sports facilities and the themed activities include jet skis, trips to a waterpark and canyoning.

Students can choose from 2, 4 or 6-week full board packages in July and August.

See Learning Center is located in Alfornelos, a fascinating and friendly neighbourhood in the greater Lisbon area. Alfornelos borders Amadora and Lisbon and has great accessibility to Lisbon’s public transportation. It is merely 20 minutes by metro from the Baixa, Lisbon’s vibrant downtown area.

This friendly residential area appeared a century ago when former farms were replaced by buildings. Alfornelos was once known as Al-Forner which is the Arabic word for baker. Alfornelos is part of Amadora city and has a population of 14,305. It is one of the youngest neighbourhoods in the city area.
