RFC 10003: Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility
EPA would address the requestor's information quality concerns through the rulemaking process for the rule. The RFC was placed in the docket for this rule. At the end of the rulemaking process, EPA would provide a written response either in the preamble to the final rule or in the accompanying Response to Comments document.
The EPA Coal Combustion Products Partnerships website, which the requestor asked EPA to rescind and correct, was removed while the program is being re-evaluated.
