Western Rollout Contracting Ext. is evolving to be one of the pioneers in the Telecommunications construction and construction industry in the Western Province of Saudi Arabia. The company began construction work in 2013. Since then it has made substantial advances in the contracting market and have successfully completed several projects and Infrastructure facilities for the Mobily and STC. Over the 2 years of our construction experience the company has built a reputation as one of the leading Saudi Arabian construction companies reinforcing the WRC presence in the contracting market. During the period, the company has gained experience and expertise allowing us to accept any challenging project, no matter how sophisticated or critical . It is this kind of positive performance which has resulted in the expansion of the Company’s activities in Saudi Arabia. WRC believes in a single point contact to the Client, which enables in settling key issues promptly. In addition to the field management staff and construction team assigned at site, a separate technical support staff stationed at our Jeddah main office will provide engineering, technical and administrative support and services to the site. The technical services are fully integrated/aided by the Contractor's computer capabilities currently utilized on a wide range of project applications including scheduling, monitoring, cost control, personnel/material/ equipment tracking and periodic construction reports. A close liaison is maintained between the site and the Jeddah Office to ensure continuous support in so far as logistics and administrative supports are concerned, as well as establishing frequent and direct co-ordination and interfacing with the client representative to assure work is performed in compliance with contract requirements.WRC work crew and work shift philosophy is flexible enough to accommodate the fast track nature of projects and its influence on productivity of personnel & resources. It will also be suitably changed to suit the Materials availability & requirements, thus ensuring in every way to meet completion targets. ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

WRC organization divided in to two separate divisions. First is the Horizontal Directional Drilling Division and second is the Telecom Division. Both divisions have a clearly defined chain of command headed by Manager who reports to the Company Chairman. Support Services are provided as shown in the attached telecom division Organization Chart. The attached organization chart follows a pyramid pattern of work distribution coupled with authority responsibility and project-oriented management control.The Company is capable of recruiting personnel through authorized agencies. WRC has the capabilities to augments its core workforce and its owned equipment through manpower and equipment rental contacts already in place with strategic supplier partners. These resources can be mobilized on short notice tomeet contract demands.
