Music class will be a recorded lesson in Google classroom that students can view at any time. Students are encouraged to watch and participate to the best of their ability.

In addition to watching the videos and participating, students will be given Choice Boards that they may select 2 activities of their choice to complete for the quarter.

You can type your answers, take a picture, or send a video of yourself completing the activity to your music teacher.

The first choice activity is due March 3, 2021. The second choice activity is due April 9, 2021. If you have any questions, please reach out to your music teacher.

Carnival of the Animals

This quarter we will be focusing on a large piece of music called Carnival of the Animals by Camille Saint-Saens.

You will choose two movements (animals) from Carnival of the Animals, and focus on their music for your choice board activities.

A Google form is attached for you to submit your answers. You will also need to email a picture of your movement (animal), as well as the main instrument(s) to your music teacher.
