A new year and a new season

beyond what you can even

The season of barrenness is

time of fruitfulness is here.

There is a vision that God has for you. It is unique and purposeful; it ignites your heart with a
burning desire to fulfill it. In the process of time you will fulfill the vision God has for you.David was anointed to be King, however, God’s vision for him did not happen overnight. In
fact, it was through many trials and heartbreaking difficulties that David came into his divine
appointed Kingship. “For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak,
and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”
(Habakkuk 2:2).
You will experience many unexplainable hardships, but the Lord says, “despise not the chasten-
ing.” For you will come forth greater than gold that’s been purified. “Four our light affliction,
which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.”
(2 Corinthians 4:17). Wait on the Lord and seek His direction and He will lead you on a plain
path.

Truth about Vain Pursuits
Why Pursue God’s Purpose
God’s Purpose for You Before the creation of the
world and the human race,
God already had a plan for you
and the rest of the human
race. God’s plan were to havea people to love and worship
Him. Our primary purpose is
to come into a relationship
with our Lord Jesus and be
reconciled to our Heavenly
Father. We were foreor-
dained by God to walk in holi-
ness, to the praise of His glory.
It is very important that you
have a strong sense of godly
purpose. We all need God’s
vision for our future. Ask God
to give you a understanding of
the purpose and destiny that
He has for you. As you beginto pursue the Lord, little by
little you will gain revelation
and insight to what it is that
God has specifically planned
and designed just for you.
You are a master piece, cre-
ated by the Creator Himself.
Uniquely designed, there is no
one else like you.
What has happened to you in
the past or present does not
determine whether you have
purpose or significance. You
are so valuable in the eyes of
God. Never let anyone oranything else steal the percep-
tion of who you are in Christ.
You are most definitely valu-
able, regardless of who thinks
so.
“God demonstrated His love
in this, that while we were yet
sinners, Christ died for us.”
you speak over yourself, spouse, children and others
carry a powerful force, spring-ing into existence the verythings we profess over our-selves. Although the existenceof that thing may not manifestitself immediately, for a surety, spoken words plant the seedsfor blessing or cursing to cometo pass in our lives. Now,
“Death and life is inthe power of the
tongue: and they thatlove it shall eat thefruit thereof.”(Prov. 18:21).Your words are con-tainers of power. Youcan either speak life ordeath over your des-tiny. The words that
would you rather proclaimwhat God says about you or
what the enemy says aboutyou? I declare today that youare a “chosen people, a royalpriesthood, a holy nation, apeople belonging to God, thatyou may declare the praises of
him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful
light.”
cars, and land that you soo
desire. There is nothing
wrong in desiring to be blessed
and prosperous, however,
when we compromise our
relationship with the Lord and
lose our convictions about
living in close relationship with
the Lord, these things have
become vanity, upon vanity.
Pursuits that lead us astray
from the Lord is like chasing
after the wind, you can never
grasp it nor be fulfilled with the
joy and peace you desire. Our
purpose in life is not to do
things our way and forget
about why we were created.
We can only find true fulfill-
ment in having a close and
intimate relationship with the
Lord Jesus. Yes, it is the
Lord’s plan to prosper and
bless you.
“Vanity of vanities, saith the
Preacher, vanity of vanities; all
is vanity.” (Ecclesiastes 1:2).
The world says, pursue that

Your God - Designed Destiny

God has a destiny for you and the
enemy has a plan to counteract that
plan. However, you must choose
to walk the straight and narrow
way to fulfill the awesome plans
God has for you. Does this mean
the road will be easy
for us? No. The
road wasn’t easy forthe apostles of faith.
Paul had a messen-
ger of Satan to buf-
fet him. Several
times he sought the
Lord to be relieved of this buffeting
and God said, my grace is sufficient
for you. God’s grace is sufficient
for you to take the high road and
fulfill the purpose and plans God
laid out for you. When we are hit
with the fiery darts of the enemy,
God is there to heal, restore and
deliver. He is always a present help
in the time of trouble. As you takethis journey submit your heart
totally to God for healing, cleansing
and purification. You will then walk
victorious. The enemy knows that
the Lord has released an anointing
that breaks every enslaving yoke, an
anointing to proclaim the good
news of the gospel and to set the
captives free. Guard your heart
with all diligence and walk in the
Spirit. Love the Lord God with all
your heart.
(3) The lust of the eyes — the
world says get whatever you
desire even if it means com-
promising godly principles.
Don’t live by this worldly sys-
tem, but present yourself as a
living sacrifice to God.
(4) The pride of life —Man’s
pride is his downfall. Don’t

There are things that steal our
destiny.

your prayer life and choosing to do
things your way.

we must take up our cross and
follow Jesus, however, many
times we allow our flesh to

of the Lord is riches and

they overcame him by the blood of
the Lamb, and by the word of their
testimony; and they loved not their

11. The devil works strategically to
steal our destiny that God has forus. However, the Word of the
Lord declares that he has blessed
us with all spiritual blessings in
heavenly places in Christ; Eph. 3:1.
The Lord has provided the armor
that we need to equip ourselves
with to stand against the wiles of
the devil. Today I declare victory
over you in every battle. For no
weapon that is formed against you
will prosper. and greater is He thatis in you than he that is in the
world. Always remember that God
is for you and He loves you pas-
sionately. The Lord sees and knows
about everything you are going
through.
Satan is furious and works tirelessly
to wear the saints of God out for
the purpose of destroying our des-
tiny ordained by God. “And I
heard a loud voice saying in heaven,
Now is come salvation, andstrength, and the kingdom of our
God, and the power of his Christ:
for the accuser of our brethren is
cast down, which accused them
before our God day and night. And

ward the

the high
calling.”

will of God. Be filled with the Truth
of God. In this day and time we must
walk with spiritual discernment that is
from God. It is the only way we will
walk on the path of destiny we are
called to embrace. King Solomon
sought wisdom from the Lord. “Give
to your servant an understanding
heart to judge Your people, that I
may discern between good and evil
(IKings3:9).” Many people lack wis-
dom and understanding today. To-
day, I encourage you to seek God’s
revealed will for your purpose and
destiny. “Trust in the Lord with all
thine heart; and lean not unto thine
own understanding. In all thy ways
acknowledge him, and he shall direct
thy paths (Prov. 3:5,6).”
When in doubt about your purpose
and destiny seek skillful, godly coun-
sel. “Purposes and plans are estab-
I am convinced there are spirits as-
signed to abort the destiny that God
desires to see fulfilled in His people.
Esau didn’t value his godly inheri-
tance, instead he sold it out for a
bowl of soup. Will you sell out your
inheritance to the lust of the flesh,
lust of the eyes, pride of life? Esau’s
lack of discernment cost him dearly.
He didn’t reverence God, nor what
God had in store for him. This is
what happens when we choose to be
wise in our own eyes. We pursue
vain and worthless things of this
world in exchange for gratification of
the flesh. We cannot, under any
condition or circumstance, sell out
our destiny or inheritance on the
whim of fleshly desires. You must
choose and pursue the plans of God
for your life. There is no greater
fulfillment than walking in the divine
lished by counsel; and [only] with
good advice make or carry on war
(Prov. 20:18).”
Know that you are following the true
will of God and not chasing after
worldly pursuits of fame, popularity,
money and possessions. Be willing to
receive counsel from skillful, trust-
worthy and Spirit-filled people.
Gain a sure foundation of your iden-
tity in Christ. Young people your
worth is not in the approval of yourfriends or peers. Therefore, our
worth and value is already validated in
Jesus. We are accepted and loved in
the Beloved. So we must recognize
that our value is not in what other
people think of us. I pray that God
continues to work deep in your
heart, unveiling His purpose and des-
tiny for your life.
