FAIRSEAL P is a two part, pourable, self leveling,

polysulphide based joint sealing compound

conforming to BS 4254 : 1983, ASTM C 920-87,

compound containing a liquid polysulphide polymer

and second part being an accelerator containing a

curing agent. FAIRSEAL P has excellent adhesion to

FAIRSEAL PU is used for sealing and maintenance of

joints in concrete roads, concrete runways and hard

standlings. FAIRSEAL PU is particularly suitable for

sealing areas where fuel and oil spillage might occur

such as aircraft fuelling areas, oil terminals, garage

forecourts, packing and cargo areas, Docks &

harbours, etc.

Available in 5 kg pack consisting of preweighed

base and hardner.

Coverage: For a typical joint of 50mm width and

FAIRSEAL C is a two-part crack filling compound

based on liquid polysulphide polymer. It is available in

base and hardner in correct proportion which when

mixed together, cures to form a fairly stiff rubber like

material. It is chemically resistant to water, oils,

solvents etc.

It is used as a crack filling material providing adhesion

to most of the surfaces including concrete, glass,

aluminum and stainless steel.

is a prepacked two component highly

flexible cementitious joint sealant, having excellent

weathering characteristics with resistance to rain,

structural glazing, Excellent adhesion to a wide range of

substrates, including coated, enameled and reflective

glasses, anodized and polyester coated aluminum and

stainless steel profiles, has high ultimate tensile

is a low viscosity, flexible,

polysulphide epoxy sealant specially designed for

characteristics with rain, snow and ultraviolet

light and very good adhesion to concrete.
