Press “+” to add the areas in
which your post should appear. Select at least 1
area
Click “Add all” if your
post should appear in all
the areas

All areas marked with an asterisk are obligatory.Please try to fill in as many fields as possible.

A short introduction of the contents of
the post

Depending on relevance, you can sort your posts out according to these tags.
Click on one or more tags depending on relevance.
If your post is not related to these tags, then don’t click on any of them

You can attach documents and photos to your post => “Add Attachment” You can edit the name of the document/photo by clicking on “Edit” then “Save”. If you have uploaded a picture and you want it to appear as a thumbnail for this
post then, tick “Key Visual” and remember to immediately “Save”.

Tick if you only want to add a link. You can still
add a short description of the link either in the
“Teaser” section or the “Description” section

This section is identical to the “Add news” section with the exception that the “Is link only?” box is automatically ticked and the “Link” field is obligatory.

Similar to the “Add News” section however has additional fields including: Start Date, End Date, Country (obligatory), Location/venue

Additional fields: * Year of publication * Document type => Book, book
section, article, report, conference paper / documentation, manuscript, dissertation, legal text, internal, presentation, management report
Workpackage: for internal documents only. Sort according to WPs
Relations: Related users (Authors) => Feature only available after saving! Add all relevant information then click on “Save”. If you scroll up this feature will now be available.

Enter the name of the person here and “search”. “Select “
the person from the results

Note: for “Relations” follow the same instructions as by “Add Document”
Obligatory fields: Title, Website, Country
Please try to fill in as much as possible. As much as possible, try to include the organisation description.
