This memorandum confirms an agreement between Robomations and Sea degree col lege. The

contractor will provide a course/workshop to individuaf/group or work unit beginning from August 10th

ZOIT and ending November 30th ZOZO, for a maximum of 600/- per student per workshop or will be

charged as per number of students in a group. As stated in the contract '

Whereas the sole purpose of the Memorandum of understanding is to encourage cooperation

between the management of Sea Degree College and Robomations to identify the respective roles and

responsibilities of each Partner

This also states the coordinators from the col lege wil l have at least one meeting for having a

clear objective of the workshops that will be conducterl at their college premises with trainers of

Robomations

The contractor will submit invoices to tlre SEA Dngree College, which includes the GST and

Travel Al lowance of the trainers that wi l l be al lotted during t l te workshop

Modif icat ions to this agreement shal l be made by nrutual consent of the part ies, by the issuance

of written modification, signed and dated by authorized officials, prior to any changes being performed'

This Agreement in no way restricts Robomations from participaiing in similar activities with

other publ ic or private agencies, organizations or individuals'

Either party, upon 30 days writ ten notice may terminate the agreement in whole ,or in part ,at

any time before the date of expiration
