G&C is a nationwide certified DBE, SDVOB, MBE, HUBZone, Small Business engaged in the sale, procurement and management of construction materials, equipment and supplies. The Company also provides labor support at prevailing wages that includes warehouse personnel.
G&C has been in business since 1981 and is headquartered in Los Angeles County with offices in Gardena, Inglewood and Washington D.C. Clients include: Boeing, Bechtel, Fluor, CH2M Hill, AECOM, URS, Skanska, Kiewit, Turner, Walsh, Hensel Phelps, Clark Construction and many others. Products include: But are not limited to pipe, chillers, boilers, switchgear, lighting packages, material hoists, tower cranes, construction equipment, fireproofing equipment, generators and other items shown in the G&C attachment.
G&C is also signatory to local labor unions across the United States. We have provided Journeyman, material hoists/crane operators/general labor including procurement personnel.
With G&C, the procurement process is more streamlined since all purchase orders, invoices, and accounting reconciliation is being handled by one source. G&C has a bonding capacity up to $10 million and liability insurance up to $8 million.

Government agencies have verified that G&C performs a commercial
useful function. These agencies have visited our warehouse and
confirmed that G&C holds a security interest in the material and supplies
sold by G&C. They also confirmed that G&C has on site personnel to
source material pricing, negotiate bill of ladings, receive and dispatch
material at the job site. It was also confirmed that G&C provided pricing
sheets, canceled checks to vendors, bill of ladings where applicable.
G&C actively participates in meetings with contractors, regarding change
orders, project status etc. and has it own transportation equipment.

G&C issues a PO to the manufacturer/vendor and assumes financial & casualty liabilities under that PO
G&C at the project site Accepts and Inspects Materials. Approves Delivery Tickets and signs Bill of Lading
G&C independently negotiates pricing with manufactures and/or vendors
G&C purchases the goods from the manufacturer vendor
Vendor invoices G&C G&C then invoices Client
Client accepts G&C’s quote and issues a Purchase Order (PO) to G&C for the goods
The goods may be delivered directly by G&C delivery vehicles or 3rd party common carriers that G&C has a long term lease agreement with G&C
Client then pays G&C for goods delivered.
G&C then pays the manufacturer/vendor
Client requests a quote from G&C for goods
