However, there was an error in the excel file.

We have corrected the PBoS and submitted

the revised price rate of 3.69 / Cubic Meter.

There are many factors that contribute to the

difference in pricing between this project in

Kosovo and similar operations we have with

NSPA in Afghanistan. As an example we

have highlighted below some key points:

- The Scope of the overall contracts are

different. The Kosovo Project is for 603 PAX

whereas the project we have in Afghanistan

is for 29,000 PAX. The economy of scale

benefit within the Afghanistan project is a

major driver that dictates the cost. The labor,

consumables and running costs within the

Afghanistan project are able to be spread

over a much higher volume of water

production, significantly reducing the

average price per cube of water.

- The water production process /

technology is different and has its own

associated running costs. In Kosovo an Ultra

Filtration process is utilized whereas in

Afghanistan a ROWPU system is used.

- There are further differences between the projects which would affect the

overall pricing, however we feel that

considering the above points and the

overall pricing for Services Section

03, the total pricing offered for all

services is fair and competitive and

reflects the quality of service that

Unit/Facility which is within RUTA.

Therefore, it will not show within the assets

list.

If thats the case, the cost of this asset in Sheet 9 Assets (all assets combined for this service) should in fact reflect the total cost listed in the Sheet4 Annex 03 Water CLIN 0022. We have corrected the PBoS to reflect this correction.
