The Bluegrass Situation calls new album Jump at the Sun a “shine-fueled, fiddle-flying hoedown” and iHeartRadio’s Arroe Collins says Scythian has “reinvented folk rock in America.” The $3 Band is comprised of three musician’s, they have been developing a unique blend of folk music inspired by both Irish and Appalachian music with the odd French or Bulgarian rhythm thrown in for good measure. Together they create a blend of styles and traditions that is hard to define yet easily resonates with listeners on the most basic of levels: melody, rhythm, and harmony, with contagious passion and energy. An exciting new ballad group from the heart of Ireland. The lads from Laois and Kilkenny are regarded as highly skilled musicians and with their captivating vocals and haunting harmonies their show is a must see for all music fans. With their unique and fresh take on Irish music, they have already begun to make a name for themselves in Europe and the USA. Drops of Green are renowned for their energetic and entertaining shows putting their own twist on Irish music and story - telling. Our newest resident house band at Raglan Road comprises of Colin Farrell (whom you already know from Creel), Alan Murray and Dan Lowery. Between them, they share a wealth of musical talent and experience. Their combined talents provide for a vibrant and exciting live show of music and song including traditional Irish ballads, jigs and reels, as well as modern Irish and country music. This wonderful duo performs on our patio stage every night; they put their own spin on traditional Irish and modern music. Comprising of David Gilmore on guitar & lead vocals and Shane Farrell renowned for his banjo playing. These young energetic musicians love nothing better than having their crowd interact and sing along during their performances. The West Coast Trio are a 4 piece band (yes that’s correct, a trio with 4 members, don’t ask, it’s an Irish thing...) They hail from Connemara along the west coast of Ireland. These guys will keep you entertained all night with a mixture of old and modern Irish songs and of course plenty of reels and jigs! dropsofgreenoz thebrayzenheads WestCoastTrio www.scythianmusic.com www.threedollarband.com Face Painters Delicious Cocktails Authentic Irish Cuisine Great Irish Beers One Mighty Festival jam packed with the best of Irish Music, Entertainment & Culture of Ireland
