OUR STORY: My name is Rachelle Goering and I am a wife, mom, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and artist

at Scripted Simplicity. In 2012, shortly after adopting our sweet little girl, I began searching for a piece of art

that captured the message we hoped to teach both of our children regarding the gift of adoption. After months

of looking, I found nothing that represented exactly what we felt about adoption, so I decided to create an art

piece myself. My husband, Tim, built a wood canvas from some scrap lumber in our backyard, and the journey

to Scripted Simplicity began.

OUR PRODUCTS: Shortly after painting that first piece for our home, I began designing more pieces,

selling them locally, and accepting commissioned projects. The response was overwhelming and we are so

thankful to now have the opportunity to offer our hand-finished, USA made, wood prints in stores throughout

the country.

OUR MISSION: Inspired primarily by our faith, family, and journey through infertility, pregnancy loss,

and adoption, my hope is that each Scripted Simplicity piece brings with it warmth, beauty, and a glimpse of

The Hope found only in The Giver of all good things.
