3 steps to prepare for the Challenge
1. Choose your project

Yourprojectisgoingtobeapriorityoverthenext4weeks.Chancesarethough,likemostofus,youalreadyhavealotonyourplate…soratherthanhopingyoumanagetofindthetimeoverthenext30days,actuallygoandcreatethattime.
TogettheresultsyouwantoutoftheChallenge,you’regoingtoneedtocreatesometimeandspaceforit.Whetherit’safullday,acoupleofeveningsaweekorhalfanhouradaymakesureyouscheduletimeintoyourdiaryasarealappointment.
We’llshowyouhowtomakeprogressinaslittleas20focussedminutesadaybutyoustillneedtoputthattimeaside.Putyourfirstblockoftime(nomatterhowsmall)intoyourdiarynow.

3. Get your head in the right place

Beingaplayermeansbeingwillingtotakeapuntonsomethingwithoutknowingquitehowyou’regoingtopullitoff,orwhetheritwillwork,andevenifyoudon’tfeellikethemostqualified,experiencedandtalentedpersontobedoingit(talentisoverratedanyway).
Itmeansbeingwillingtochangecourseasyourprojectunfoldsratherthangivingupwhenyoumeetyourfirstobstacle.Anditmeansfocussingonthethingsthatyoulove,becausethosearethethingsyou’rebestat.
