Click on ScreenLogic Connect and verify the Pentairverify the Pentair Adapter Number populates in the Local Systems box and proceedbox and proceed with the update

If nothing populates or “un-named brick” displays in the Local Systems box, call Pentair Tech Service at 1-800-831-7133 before proceeding

Uninstall the existing Screen Logic Connect
Click on the start button

Click on “Download the Protocol Adapterthe Protocol Adapter update tool” (PC or Mac)

VERY IMPORTANT:
Disable your computers wireless connection
Connect your laptop di tl t th tdirectly to the same router as your protocol adapter with an ethernet cable
You may need to ask the h hhome owner to show you where the router is located(Multiple Routers?)

Locate the two filesLocate the two files on your desktop

Double click on the Pentair Update file
