The Screenings Compactor Monster (SCM) is a cost effective solution for dewatering screenings. It features a low profile design and can be specified with a variety of input hopper sizes and discharge lengths. These stainless steel units utilize a sturdy dual-helix auger that squeezes liquids from screenings while the exclusive auger brush keeps the perforated screening trough free of debris build-up.

The Screenings Washer Monster-XEM (SWM-XEM) offer the ability for pre-conditioning of screenings with a Muffin Monster two shafted grinder. The grinder breaks open rags, plastics and trash to promote washing and removal of soft organics. Liquefied organics return to the plant flow and allow the SWM-XEM to achieve cleaner screenings. Pre-conditioned screening also compact much better reducing the volume of screenings that must be hauled away. The SWM-XEM design also allows for a programmable wash cycle and dedicated wash zones. The compaction auger run cycle can be optimized with forward and reverse sequences for even cleaner screenings.

The Screenings Washer Monster-XE (SWM-XE) builds on the XEM model to add additional wash zones and more control parameters for further enhancement of organics separation and the cleanliness of the screenings.

Both the SWM-XEM and XE units can easily handle gravity main sewer first flush loading when the pre-conditioning grinder option is designed in.
