Lendlease, formerly Bovis Lend Lease, realized that, as an integral part of the hospital campus, the project needed to stay on schedule with superior curing, waterproofing and environmental safety in mind. It uniquely stands out on campus with its own design but maintains an easy flow between it and the main healthcare center. Lendlease chose SCP as the zero VOCs curing method to not only harden and waterproof, but also keep the project ahead of schedule. Installers were able to start finishings on lower levels weeks sooner than with a traditional 28-day water ponding cure, and they avoided the time and expense of setting up a temporary roofing system.
