Scott Zuckman - 11 Keys To Wealth and Success With Passive Income

  1. Dream Big. All of the millionaires that I have interviewed over the years had BIG dreams. They believed they were worth more than a 9 to 5 job. They believed there is more to life than working for 40 hours a week (or more), for 40 years, only to take a 40% pay cut once they reached retirement. Along with those dreams they were prepared to risk some capital. They are prepared to accept reasonable risk - and just go for it! A number of them risked the farm a few times. Now don’t get me wrong. I do not want you to risk the farm. But you may have to decide to take a few of those hard earned bucks and try something new. Something part time. To see if you can build a small business or quick-turn some real estate properties for cash.

2. Get Out of Your Comfort Zone. We all move into a comfort zone. Unfortunately the comfort zone often holds us back because we become enslaved by it. For years I believed I was only worth about $50,000 a year. And during those years working for someone else that is exactly what I was paid. After an awakening, I came to believe that I was worth at least $250,000 a year. So I quit my job and started my own business. Well, I did not hit the $250K mark. I earned over $500,000 that year! You must attack your comfort zone. You must get outside of it. Push yourself to do new things you may be afraid of and break your limiting beliefs and “poor” habits. All successful people know how to find the undiscovered planet. Try something unknown or new. It is your turn now.

  3. Work Smart, Not Hard. Millionaires tend to work smarter - not harder. Don’t get me wrong, they are still prone to 16 hour days, etc., but they use their time much more effectively. They have a better plan for making money. And if they are going to work 16 hours a day, the fruit of their labor will be their own. They will not necessarily make money for someone else any more. Here are a couple of smart strategies - Invest in real estate; let your money make money; invest in discount notes; manage your ROI for the highest possible returns; and copy someone else’s (like a Mentor) success. 4. The Quick and the Dead. One of the major factors in creating millionaires is action. While you are thinking about this right now, someone else is taking action. Taking control of their credit. Starting a real estate investment business. Buying their first home or another investment property. Cutting their taxes by 50%. Don’t be caught up in paralysis by analysis. Don’t analyze to death. Make a judgment and take fast action. Do it NOW! 5. Take Emotions Out of Decisions. We are taught in our culture to weigh both sides of a decision. Good advice. The problem is most people get caught up in the weighing, searching for one more piece of information. Should we, shouldn’t we. By the time we decide, the opportunity is gone. Most people are held back by a simple human emotion - FEAR.  Fear of loss. Fear of failure. Fear of rejection. Let me suggest to you that FEAR alone is holding you back. It is costing you financially and emotionally. Millionaires learn to conquer fear. To push past it. To simply look at 3 things. First, the investment. Second, the return. Third, the probability of success (has it ever been done before?). If it has a good R.O.I. - just go for it!

  6. Total Commitment. Successful people give their all and never say the words, “I tried”. Either they got the result or not. They give everything to a project It keeps them up late, gets them up early. They work their 40 hour a week job and then put another 20 hours into buying real estate. Even if they are tired. Let it not be said of you that, “ you missed your dreams because your were watching TV”. Schedule some time for success. 6-8 hours a week will do. There will be some sacrifices, but if you schedule the time - the results will follow. 7. Mentors. Mentors are worth their weight in gold –no, PLATINUM! Why? Because mentorship and coaching work! You can only learn so much from a book, a self study manual, CD or video. When I first learned to golf, I stunk! Because I played baseball when I was younger, I hit a driver the same way and developed a terrible slice to the right. I bought magazines, books and videos on golf. To no avail. Yes, I admit I was cheap, and did not feel I needed lessons with a pro. Eventually, I decided it was not me, it was the clubs! So I bought new clubs. All that did was make the ball travel farther into the trees. I broke down and bought some lessons from a pro. After my first lesson the problem was corrected. Through immediate feedback, a coach or a mentor can quickly get you too on the path to success – and keep you on the right path!     Scott Zuckman - 11 Keys To Wealth and Success With Passive Income

  8. Student of Success. Millionaires never stop learning. They study other peoples’ successes and duplicate it. They study money, real estate, business and asset building. They have a thirst for new knowledge. Several years ago, I documented over $73,000 spent on seminars, training, self-study materials and mentoring that I had purchased for my own education. I even spent $27,500 for a 5 day training with a marketing guru. My first deal using that knowledge made me over $56,000 profit! Knowledge has always been a key to my personal success, as well as countless others. Read, “Think and Grow Rich” by Napolean Hill. 9. Bounce Well. Millionaires have failures. They have lost. But they keep a positive attitude. “I will get them next time. I just have to work a little harder or smarter to get the result.” A better plan. Remember: a flat ball does not bounce, you have to keep it pumped up. 10. Selective Memory. There are no “failures” for millionaires, only “learning experiences.” A great hitter in baseball does not remember the 66% of the time he misses, he remembers the 34% of the time he hit. Simply hold your successes close, and let your failures get lost somewhere. Most people remember the last time they failed. No wonder they stop swinging the bat. Selective memory is a major key to success. 11. Don’t Quit. The character of man or woman is not measured by the number of failures, but rather how often they come back from those failures to win! Sylvester Stallone had over 300 rejections for the movie screenplay “Rocky”. Abe Lincoln failed a dozen times attempting to gain political office. Do not give up! Success is just a decision and action away!     Click Here to go to Monthly Millionaires Club for a Very Special Offer!
