ABOUT THIS PIECE

This piece was originally planned to be a choral work for my own wedding ceremonyand its melody was composed on the lyric “The Best is Yet to Be.” (anonymous, see below) There was so little time to practice for performers I rewrote the march-like piece for orchestra and organ, and its mechanical playback (Finale 2012) was used in the ceremony as background music. MP3 version is available in free-scores.com.
