Section B: Market Research and Target Market1. Here is a description of the Market Research done by us, including how many

people we spoke to.We started our market research by designing a questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to teachers, students and too many others through different sources. Our main focus was towards the working and non working women. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents using two different methods. We approached 20 people in personal and also used the survey website called surveymonkey.com to conduct our research. The same questionnaire was uploaded in the survey monkey website, where we got a varied number or response from different people who shared different ideas and opinions. We had a different experience when we met people personally with the questionnaire. Apart from the questionnaire, the respondents shared oral feedback, opinions and ideas, which helped us to understand the different expectations of our customers, By conducting the market research we understood, the different ways in which we can improvise our business plan and execute the same where we will be able to meet the expectation of our customers and satisfy their needs to the maximum extent.

The questionnaires that we designed had the following questions:1. Do you buy Different Herbs?

The consolidated results of the survey tell us that more than ¾ participants of the survey have the habit of consuming herbs and vegetables. Among all the participants, very few consume organic herbs and vegetables; however all the participants prefer to consume the organic herbs and vegetables. The participants has expressed that they consume organic herbs and vegetables rarely.Among all the different factors of the commodity, majority of the participants desire to have good quality of products. Hence most of them have considered the quality of the product as a primary and the most important factor, all the factors like content size, price of the commodity etc are considered as the secondary factor.

From the survey we are able to understand the following factors.

We will have regular customers since our product have much preference than the usual herbs and vegetables.

We also got an appropriate estimation of the price to be set for the commodity

We understood that there is high demand for our product. We understood that the key factor preferred by the customers towards

the product is the quality than the other factors.
