School Concert

School ConcertProject PlanPROJECT OBJECTIVEThe general objective of the project is to come up with a School Concert for a Cause wherein students will "NEVER SAY NO." The whole event aims to give, both the students and the professors of the university time to unwhine stress. Increasingly, studies are showing the overwhelmingly positive effect of great music upon the human intellect and spirit. The concert will also give the students an exceptional performance opportunities during the four-year span of every student's normal academic career wherein they will be able to showcase their talents to the whole student body.

SCOPE PLANThe School Concert will be conducted for the whole evening at Lipa Cultural Center, starting from 7 in the evening (waiting time upon the audience arrival is included) up to 2 in the morning of the following day. The event will start after the 70 days preparation prior to the aproval of the project given upon that no payment coming from the students nor from the faculties may be given for the tickets. The whole concert is only exclusive for the students of Batangas State University and no one else, outsiders will not be accomodated. All the funds of the concert will be generated from the willing project sponsors and any income generating booth of private sectors that will be built during the concert. At the end of the concert every students attended will be given a chance to participate in a raffle draw to be headed by the project team who organized the whole event prizes enumerated as follow: 1.)10 MyPhones Android Phones, 2.)5 MyPhones Tablets, 3.)7 Torque Android Phones & Tablets.
