Is our school dress code helpful or stressful?

Some people think that the school dress code is necessary in order to keep learning in school, but is it

really? We interviewed a few people to find out. Mrs. Townsend, the schools computer application

teacher, said “stressful because I don’t like policing what you guys wear.” Kaylee Lawson agreed she said

that” its stressful because you can’t just pick out an outfit for school, no you have to make sure its

school appropriate and its annoying, it’s one of the reasons why people worry so much about how they

look.” Another student stated that the school dress code was” stressful, because a lot of the rules are

stupid and don’t make sense.” The majority of people think that our school dress code is just stressful

so why not get rid of it? Nobody likes it and even teachers believe it’s a stressful part of their job they

don’t enjoy having to watch what their students wear it’s not their problem there job is to teach not be

Raiders Football is on the way. Its Friday and time for another electrifying night of East Paulding

Raiders football. For the cost of 7 dollars, you can watch the young men play the game they love. To only

be High School students, they play the game like pros. They’ll have you on the edge of your seat by the

end of the 1st quarter. It’s also a great place for the whole family to spend time together.

You and your family should come to East Paulding High School on Friday night at 7:30 to watch

some amazing football games and support our boys. They work hard and deserve all the support they

can get. They’re records will prove how hard they work. It’s a really awesome experience to see them

play the great game of football!

What’s in for Fall 2012? According to Essence, one of the most

renowned magazines, said that right now everything cheetah is in right

now. In a lot of women’s eyes fashion is everything from clothes to

shoes to jewelry and makeup. Don’t forget we don’t go anywhere

without our purses and our stylish wallets. Also, they make a lot of

things name brand which cost more than anything regular. Of 2012

there are now celebrities that are taking on the big image of trying to

look their best as possible. Take Sofia Vergara, she made sure she

looked her best walking down the red carpet.

Sofia went against Ginnifer Goodwin and

she got 1st place for having the best dress

and in my opinion I think

both of their dresses looked gorgeous.

Gossip, rumors, and drama are all a waste of time they cause to

much stress and it’s just a bunch of lies to make others feel better

about them it’s bullying and it’s wrong. “Rumors cause too much

drama especially when it involves you.” says Kaylee Lawson, Lacy

Martins says, “There dishonest and very annoying, and half the time

make no sense”. Surveys Show That 77% of students are bullied

mentally, verbally, & physically. All this drama causes people to

hate themselves and makes them feel worthless, so why have it

it’s all just a bunch of lies? Is talking about someone else

ruining their life that big of a self confidence booster? You’re still

going to feel the same talking about someone else doesn’t

change you it only makes you miserable because you have to

keep up with all the gossip, rumors, and drama you created.

Music, it’s a daily part of everyone’s life.

Which type of music is YOUR favorite?

Most, people of today Enjoy “Rap” “Hip-pop” and “Country”

music, all have their own greatness.

Music, is a part of everyone’s life’s now, we use it for social events

like at the beginning of the super bowl to get everybody “pumped

up” to get the players “pumped” for the game as well.

AFJROTC is a program for the kids that enjoy the concept of the

air force and just flat out enjoy this program. We interviewed a group of cadets asking 1)

Do you like AFJROTC, is it fun, what do you like about JROTC, and do you enjoy wearing

your uniform.

Out of all the cadets I interviewed not one of them said they would want to switch

out of AFJROTC and join any other class. I am personally in AFJROTC myself and I

have to say I absolutely love being there all the time and I always feel like I don’t

want to leave. For some reason everyone thinks it is super strict when really it is

not. We have fun all the time, we:

Meet new people

Be in parades

Have balls

Travel

And so much more!!!

If there is anyone who would ever want to join AFJROTC and have as much fun as were

having just ask and you will always be welcomed and you’re never going to want to leave.

In my group there are 4 people. Of the 4 people in my group this biography

is about Jennifer Caballero. Jennifer is a really nice person. She is the leader of our

group and helps everyone in our group as long as you’re willing to work. I think

she made a good team leader and did a good job.

Also, I have Joseph Ruff in my group. He helps everyone as well. He creates

and makes the covers and in charge of his articles as well. We worked all as a

group and made an awesome magazine together. We all worked super hard to

put a well magazine together while Joseph helped out by doing his articles and

creating all of our covers and graphic designs.

Cory Bishop is also in my group. He is not quiet but usually tired. His topics

are music and football. Obviously he is into football and other things. He works

very hard and is a team player. Cory is active in our group and we all love to have

fun. He enjoys working with a group and is very nice.

Tatyana Jackman is also in the group and she doesn’t really talk that

much but she is also kind of shy of talking to people she doesn’t quite know them.

She wants to help her group more but she is not very open to everybody. She said

she loved working with her group because they were very nice and a little funny.

She had tons of fun even though she didn’t say it she did.
