    This is a very valuable inventory developed by Jeff Young, the developer or Schema Therapy, and some of his colleagues.

      To start the questionnaire, click on the

    "Questionnaire" tab at the bottom of your screen

    and that the answers are in the grey boxes.

      "Scoring Sheet" tab at the bottom of the sheet.
