Keeping this dateline in view, the following pre-examination programme & schedule
have been finalized. The principals/ Headmasters/Headmistress of all affiliated &
recognized institutions of the Council are requested to strictly adhere to this time schedule'
However ihe students registered during 2O1O and before will only deposit the forms

GUIDELINE FOR ONLINE FORM FILL-UP
The online form fill up for the eligible Ex-regular Arts/ScienceiCommerce students to
appear at Annual H. S. Exam. 2016 *itt ne done by respective Colleges through their e-
space of www.dheodisha.gov.in & www.chseodisha.nic.in The candidates registered in
the Sessio n 2o1o-r r jno before ano att vocat',onal Ex-regular candidates will fill up their
forms manualty as per previous procedure The eligible candidates are to be provided with
the preprinted for aC (generated from e-space) by the Colleges. The candidates are to
verify their data in the lorm no.3G and submit to the College with their signature. The
College authority shall verify the relevant correction (if any) in the1orm 3G and ask the
candidates to deposit the requisite fees at College Cash Counter. The information of the
duly verified form 3G of the candidate who have deposited the requisite fees are to be
updated online at College level in the e -space of www.dheodisha-qov.in &

A CANDIDATE WHO HAD REGISTERED IN THE SESSION,2011-12,2012.13 &2\fi-14 (AS pER OWN SYLLABUS) CAN APPEAR A.H.S. EXAMINATION-2O16AS AN EX-REGULAR CANDIDATE.
FURTHER STUDENTS REGISTERED UPTO SESSION 2O1O-11 CAN ALSOAPPEAR TI-IE A.H.S. EXAMINATION-2o16.AS AN EX-REGULAR STUDENTBUTAS PER NEW SYLLABUS.
2.2 A registered and regular candidate who had appeared at the Annual HigherSecondary Exanrination-2014 or later but failed.
2.3 A registered and regular candidate who was sent up for Annual Higher SecondaryExamination- 2015 but was unable to enroll himself/ herself for said Higher SecondaryExarn ination.
THERE WILL BE NO EXAMINATION FOR PRIVATE CANDIDATES AND PRIVATECOMPARTMENTAL CANDIDATES.
COMPARTMENTAL APPEARANCE (ARTS/ COMMERCE/ SCIENCE ANDVOCATIONAL.

A candidzlte who was registered in Sessron 2012-13 onwards and has failed in one ormore sr-rbjects in the H.S. Examination but has secured at least 210 marks in aggregate is
eligible to appear cornpartmentally in thatithose failed subjects. This privilege is howevergranted to such candidates for the next (lmmediate) two consecutive examinations only(Excluding lnstant Examination) subject to condition that a compartmental candidate has toclear all the failed subjects at a time, and not in piecemeal manner appeartng at any ofthe available chances. N.B.:- Since Biology subject has two practical Examinations, one for Botany and anotherfor
Zoology, candidates offering "Biology" subject have to pay practical examination fees of Rs.
40/- (i.e Rs.20l- for Botany and for Rs.20l- Zoology).
(Xvi) Additional Centre Charge @ Rs 50/- per Candidate. The additional centre charge is
payable by the candidates of institution which are newly opened having Govt.
Recognition Permission during or after Academic year 2010-11.
(B) Whether a candidate eligible in all subjects or in specific subject compartmentally has
to pay full fee appearing at the Annual H.S. Examination, 2016. lf a candidate had
filled up form prevrously but could not appear the examination for any reason, he/she

B. PORCEDURE FOR REMITTANCE OF FEES BY THE COLLEGE
From the Annual Higher Secondary Examination-2016 onwards the
College/Examination Centre will deduct Rs.15/- per Practical paper in respect ofPractical Subjects and Rs.40l for all Theory Papers towards Centre Expenses fromthe Examination Fees collected from students during filling up of Forms and remit thebalance amount to CHSE. Odisha. Such deducted amount shall be kept in a
separate Account by the College for utilization towards Centre Expenses. At the end
of the Examination the College shall submit the "Utilization Certificate" (U C ) to theCouncil. ln case, the College is tagged to a different Centre the tagged Collegeshould handover such collected amount to the College which should receive themoney and should submit the U.C. to the Council.The Utilization Certificate must contain the details of expenditure incurred against theamount so retained along with the unspent balance, if any, within two months fromthe date of completion of Higher Secondary Examination (both Theory and Practical)to the Council
E. ln case, there is deiicit and the Colieges are to get aCditional amount spent towardsCentre Expenses, steps be taken at the Council level to pay the admissible amountafter due scrutiny of the above said UC.

The fees deposited through "State Bank Collect" on different dates will be processed as
mentioned in page 1-2 of this notification.
Copy of System generated e-Receipt and deposit slip towards deposit of Exam. F.ee
shall be submitted along with accounts statement and other documents as proof of
remittance.
H. There is no provision of refund or adjustment of Examination fees deposiied in excess.
l. No mode of payment of Examination Fees other than online payment through "State

6. PREPARATION OF MNR (MANUAL NOMINAL ROLL):
(A) Three copies of MNR (Stream wise category wise) in respect of institution of Cuttack,
Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Khurda, Puri, Nayagarh, Dhenkanal and Anugal
Districts and four copies of MNR in respect of institutions coming under zones are to be
prepared by colleges separately for following categories of candidates.

(iii) Science
(iv) Vocational

MNR form will be filled as per the 3G Form which has been filled in by the candidates
with reference to his/her High School Certificate. The Registr"ation Number must be filled
in as per Registration Card of the candidate. SEX, CASTE, CATEGORY, APPEARING
AS and SUBJECT COLUMNS are to be filled in by using code as printed in back sides
of MNR forms The SERIAL NUMBER of the Examination forms by the candidate and
previous Roll Number in respect of Ex-Regular candidates must be mentioned in MNR
under appropriate column (only for offline candidates)
(D) The grade awarded in Environment Education, Yoga and Basic Computer Education to
each Ex-Regular candidates in Arts, Commerce and Science stream must be reflected
in appropriate column of MNR like A+, A,B,C and D (as per syllabus).
(E)Annual income of the Parents (Father/Mother/Guardian) must be reflected in appropriate
column of MNR

Change of examination center may be perrnitted on application in prescribed proforma

10. PROVISION FOR HANDICAPPED CANDIDATES
A registered candidate who is unable to write by himselfi herself due to some physical

on application by 31.12.2015 in prescribed as proforma (Annexure- C ) enclosed herewith
to appear the examination by fulfilling the following condition.
(a) The physioal deformity/ deficiency rrust have been determined and certified by a' ' registerecl merjical practitioner not below the rank ADMO.
(b) The helper writer / scribe mr-rst be a regular and continuing first year student of
different strearn not lraving any of the optional subjects offered by the candidates from

11. PRINTED STATIONERIES
Printed Stationeries (Various Forms) if required, are available in all Colleges, Head Officeand Zonal Offices of the Council at Baripada, Berhampur and Sambalpur during officehours.
Head of all affiliated and permitted institutions may collect required quantity of formsdocuments by deputing special messengers along with indents and authorization letterwhich are available in the ZonelHead Office.
12. lf the scheduled last date is a public holidays, the last date shall be shifted to the next
working day.
