TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• 24 c.m. body capacity, completely sealed in round nerved Fe 360 steel plate, having closed sections welded

with MIG.

• 2,8 c.m. load hopper built with high performance anti-wear steel (T1-A / Hardox) with sluice discharge.

• Superstructure chassis built with “C” form sections of folded steel sheets in suitable thickness and height in order

to withstand high loads in relation to the elevated specific weight of transported refuses, mainspring type elastic

hinges in order to absorb the working pressures.

• Compaction system with mono-articulated pusher having n° 4 self lubrification teflon paws) sliding in steel anti-

wear (T1-A / Hardox) guides.

• Compaction plate strongly hinged directly on the trolley.

• Movement of the pusher is activated by two pairs of double effect cylinders built in chrome stainless steel rods.

Front head braking system for pusher movements.

• Exhaust system in order to push out waste through the bulkhead sliding on self-lubricating rollers driven by a

double action telescopic cylinder.

• Bulkhead automatic retraction system driven by the same pressure of the compaction.

• Compaction ratio 6.1.

• Manual operation of the hydraulic cycle, single, and automatic continuous operating system.

• Hydraulic Pressure (standard 180 bar) with a control device selection and insertion on the back of the vehicle, easily

accessible to the operator.

CARATTERISTICHE GENERALI

• Cassone da mc. 24 a tenuta stagna interamente in lamierati e profilati a sezione chiusa in Fe 360 saldato a MIG.

Tramoggia di carico da 2,5 mc in acciaio anti-usura (T1-A / Hardox) con saracinesca di scarico.

• Controtelaio costituito da longheroni in lamiera pressopiegata di forma a C di adeguato spessore e altezza per

sopportare carichi in relazione alla discontinuità del peso specifico del materiale trasportato, di tipo elastico con

molloni e cerniere per ammortizzare le sollecitazioni di lavoro.

• Sistema di compattazione mediante monopala articolata con carrello scorrevole su apposite guide tramite n. 4

pattini. Pala di compattazione in lamiera speciale incernierata direttamente sul carrello.

• Movimentazione carrello tramite due coppie di cilindri doppio effetto con steli cromati e sistema di frenatura lato

testata anteriore.

• Sistema di scarico rifiuti mediante paratia di espulsione scorrevole su rulli auto lubrificanti azionata da un cilindro

telescopico a doppio effetto.

• Sistema di arretramento paratia automatico pilotato dalla pressione del gruppo di compattazione. Rapporto di

compattazione 6:1.

• Funzionamento dell’attrezzatura oleodinamica a ciclo manuale, singolo, continuo con pressione d’esercizio di 180

bar con dispositivo di comando selezione e inserzione posto sul retro del veicolo facilmente accessibile

all’operatore.

• Tempo necessario per ciclo di compattazione: 35 sec circa a 1000 rpm.

• Interruttori di emergenza per l’arresto del funzionamento dell’attrezzatura in caso d’emergenza (EN 418).

• Doppio segnalatore acustico udibile in cabina per le intese con gli operatori a mezzo pulsanti posti sul retro del

veicolo (UNI EN 1501-1).

• Avvisatore acustico in fase retromarcia.

• Tubo di scarico verticale fino al filo superiore dell’attrezzatura montato e protetto in modo da evitare il rischio di

ustioni.

• Quadro comando in cabina, con inserimento presa di forza e relativa spia luminosa di segnalazione, di facile

accesso all’autista.
