All bookings are subject to the full Scenic published terms and conditions. The Early Booking Incentive terms and conditions are supplementary to the full brochure however in respect of deposit conditions, these conditions will be binding. Please note tours may not operate in all months and are subject to availability. Prices are in Canadian Dollars.

    *Book by November 16, 2015Booking must be made and a non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required within 3 days. A second non-refundable deposit of $1,500 per person must be paid by November 16, 2015 or the date specified in your booking advice (which is when flights are open to booking); whichever date occurs first. The booking will be cancelled if either deposit is not received by the due date. We reserve the right to ticket any flights upon receipt of the second deposit and any subsequent changes will incur change and/or cancellation fees.

Offers cannot be combined with any other offer and may be withdrawn at any time. All early booking airfare deals are subject to availability and scheduled for travel to meet the tour departure dates. Saving of up to $2,010 per couple is based on an airfare of $1,500 per person including $600 taxes when booking a 13 day or more cruise & tour itineraries.

    Save $700 per couple Special Savings offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Saving of up to $700 per couple is based on a saving of $350 per person on a 8 Day Luxury Mekong River Cruise (VIST) or 11 Day Luxury Irrawaddy River Cruise (MYST).

    TaxesTaxes are defined as all airline and government taxes and surcharges. Airlines/airport taxes will vary depending on gateway and stopover cities. Taxes are subject to change and will be advised at the time of completed flight reservation on the booking invoice.

    Flights and TicketingIf the required booking class is unavailable at time of booking, air surcharges will apply. Dependant on departure date and time of booking the required booking class for airfare offer may be too far in advance to book with the appropriate airline. All flight offers are based on departure cities of Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, and Vancouver. Surcharge may apply for other ports. The flight quote including air taxes and surcharges will be advised once all air sectors are fully booked. Total cost is final only at time of ticketing, should taxes increase from time of reservation a surcharge will apply. Scenic reserves the right to ticket the airfare at our discretion upon receipt of full deposit. Once issued, air tickets are subject to amendment and cancellation fees as established by Scenic including any applicable airline fees.
