Reserve a book club set from the Sunshine Coast Libraries catalogue.

Locate an appropriate book club set

1. Go to the Sunshine Coast Libraries website. Under the Quick Links heading, click on Library Catalogue.

2. You are now on the library catalogue homepage. Under the Discover heading, select Book Clubs.

Tips

•Reserve your set at least one week before your next meeting.

•It is recommended that you check the status of the item you are reserving.

You can tell a book club is able to be reserved by looking at the status column. The set can be reserved if this column contains ‘Available’

You can narrow your search to only show available set by selecting Titles with available items from the filter results.

Example of book club set that should not be reserved

There is no guarantee that the following examples will be available for your meeting.

On loan

Do not reserve if the item is showing as on loan in the status column.

On order

Do not reserve if the item has an on order status in the status column.

Any status – eg. Physical Reprocessing.

Do not reserve if the item is showing a status such as Physical Reprocessing in the status/desc column. This status indicates that set is damaged or incomplete.

Reserving the book club set

1. Locate an available book club set, click on the title to view the record.

2. Select Place reservation.

3. Login with the book club membership card ID and Password.

4. Complete the reservation form with the preferred pick-up location.

5. You will receive a confirmation screen when the reservation has been successful.

6. When your set is available for pick-up, a notice will be sent via email.
