There is no 6:45am Mass

July 1, 2018 Dear Friends in the Lord, Next weekend, we are taking up our special annual collection for the Solidarity Fund for the Church in Africa. The Church

in Africa is growing rapidly, but too often there are not enough local pastoral resources to support people in their faith. When you contribute to this special collection, you are helping people across the African continent grow closer to Christ and to His Church. For example, in Malawi, young people comprise nearly two-thirds of the population. And, the Church there reflects this youthful face as well –the majority of the faithful are young people! But, unfortunately, the Church in Malawi does not have enough staff or ministers to reach these young Catholics and help them grow in their faith. Without support, young people run the risk of falling away from the Church. However, with your generosity to the Solidarity Fund, the Church in Malawi can train youth leaders to connect with and guide young people across the country. Nearly 800 young people will be reached because of your contributions. With your help, the Catholic youth of Malawi and elsewhere in Africa will become a powerful force for good and new messengers of the Gospel. The Church in Africa needs your help to ensure that all the faithful have access to resources to help them grow in our shared faith. Please be as generous as you can be to this special collection. With gratitude and prayerful best wishes, I am, Faithfully in Christ, +Timothy Michael Cardinal Dolan Archbishop of New York First Saturday – July 1st, 2018 Because so many people are away on weekends in the summer, the Blessed Sacrament will not be enthroned on First Saturday in July and August. Please pray the rosary privately.

Eucharistic Adoration

...A PRAYER FOR AMERICA… Father, we beg Your blessing for the unborn, the weak, the

sick and the old; all who are finding themselves being targets of the vicious culture of death; that our Lord Jesus bless and protect all who stand for the Christian dignity of persons. That God enlighten those who are traveling down

death’s highway by their involvement, in any way, with either the contemporary death culture, selfism, relativism, or any of the new age errors of our times, that God envelop

our culture with His Divine protection and help us both individually and as a nation to true enlightenment,

conversion and repentance of ourselves and our culture. Help us to turn from our national sin of abortion, and return

to, and once again become a Christian nation, on the narrow road, that is, the path to becoming a nation and

culture, under God. Amen…. Sign up to be a committed Adorer
