4. Condition of Contemporary Science

In this chapter we will take a look at what specifically is the shape of modern

science, all of its branches, in terms of infomination, according to the

definition given at the preface. All the data come from TIIT Institute research,

which publishes the results on its website.

After getting familiarised with them, you can not help noticing that our

civilisation has fundamental problems with the processing and maintenance of

high-quality information that is free of interference changing it in

infomination. In order to concisely determine the level of infomination in the

field of science, TIIT introduced its own system of evaluation, TIITX Index,

whose task is to indicate information in a breach of the rules of CUDOS

and/or otherwise infominated.

Analysis carried out by TIIT proves that infomination in the Information Age

is the greatest threat to the existence of our civilisation.

And it is not just about trywia such as the fact that our civilisation can be

destroyed as a result of misunderstandings, or infominated information

circulating in politics, either as a result of environmental destruction of the

planet as a result of irresponsible, because not based on PRAVDA, decisions.

These are only internal factors.

The main threat to the existence of our civilisation is unawareness of the PPP

law, according to the definition given at the outset. This infomination is at this

stage of the development of civilisation incompatible with the standards of

information circulation and can no longer be reasonably justified. Further

holding back from public information about the cyclicality of GEE is an act of

infomination which must be disclosed as soon as possible and put to

arbitration of highest instance. This infomination on the part of science is a

criminal act of not only global genocide, but in general, a destruction of all life

on our planet. Because how else could you describe humanity’s no warning of

next imminent GEE, when one has all the necessary record about it?

Naturally, infomination is present in different forms in every area of life, but

in some of them its level is simply critical what in the TIIT methodology is

indicated with TIIT1, , the lowest in the five-point scale. In a given

area of science TIIT1 indicates that a discipline does not meet the minimum

Page 2: Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204 4. Condition of

quality requirements necessary for proper functioning of the information

circulation, or in short - it can not be considered a science.

From this point of view, we are now deprived of many major scientific

disciplines, in spite of their formal status and authorities’ assurances. And it is

not result of merely professional incompetence of cadres - a system of

organisation of our civilisation is no longer up to the challenges of its time.

This is exactly how things are, eg. with history, which despite a colossal

technological progress and a surplus in supplies of highly educated personnel,

is unable to meet the modern demands for quality information requirements.

As we are going to find out ourselves after seeing the results of TIIT analysis,

we have no right to be surprised with the science’s poor performance in this

test, since on the contrary - it would be strange if these came out satisfactory.

TIIT put to review all areas of science, technology and ethics, as in to the table

beneath.

In the scanning process the full set of science and technology disciplines has

been taken into account. A total of 548 have been processed by the TIIT

Algorithm, each of which has been verified for infomination and marked with

an appropriate gradient TIITX Index. Due to lack of space in the above table it

does not include the names of all sub-disciplines, which are merely indicated

by a number in parentheses, however, further in the text of this chapter they

are all listed and evaluated.

The mentioned TIIT Algorithm is a precision IT instrument, on which the

TIITX Index methodology is based, and its operation is demonstrated in the

following diagram:

TIIT INDEX METHODOLOGY (TIITX)

TIITX is a end result of the TIIT process of infomination evaluation, which

indicates the level and other parameters of infomination. Technically TIITX is

an integer in a scale from 5 (maximum) to 1 (minimum).

For each TIITX value the colors are adopted according to the following code:

= green

= celadon

= yellow

= orange

= red

In order to evaluate the value of TIITX the following matrix was adopted:

Explanatory note:

M – Field's Merit Value – mesure of the Field’s convergence with Elements

of PRAVDA.

R – Research Technique Quality – quality of methodologies applied in the

Field - their research technique, purpose, direction, scope & technologies.

A – Awareness of Objectives – convergence of the Field’s theses and research

topics with Primary Elements: , , , , , , , .

I – Intent for Field’s Merit – causes of the Field’s deviations from each of ,

, , , , , , , and formally, if it is a result of premeditation or not.

P For Heaven 38 4. Condition of Contemporary Science Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204

C – Field's Context Value – the Field’s objective usefulness for the human

community’s familiarisation with Elements.

K – Respect for CUDOS – ethical correctness in the Field, its compatibility

with each of 5 CUDOS components.

P – Policy Bias – the Field’s research and development activities (R&D) bias

against CUDOS, whether there was premeditation or not.

CUDOS Norm, characterising every true science by definitions in Merton’s

Standard:

1. Communalism Scientific results are the common property of the entire community.

2. Universalism All can contribute to science regardless of race, nationality, culture, or gender.

3. Disinterestedness The institutional goal of science is recognition, not profit.

4. Originality Scientific claims contribute something new.

5. Skepticism Scientific claims must be available to critical scrutiny at all times.

The above definitions were used in the four-step methodology below.

STEP 1 .

M is evaluated according to the following criteria:

Evaluation of R, assigning a value of 1 to 5, where Rmax = 5.

Evaluation of A, evaluate the level of familiarity with M, value ‘1’ for

satisfactory or ‘0’ as unsatisfactory.

Evaluation of I, assessment of the cause of unfamiliarity with M, value

‘0’ for premeditation or ‘1’ for 'negligence'.

Calculation of M according to equation:

M = Rexp(A+I) = R

(A+I)

thus:

Mmin = 1exp(0+0) = 1(0+0)

= 1

Mmax = 5exp(1+1) = 5(1+1)

= 25

STEP 2 .

Evaluation of C, or evaluate the usefulness of sending discipline to society

according to the following criteria:

Evaluation of K, assigning a value of 1 to 5, where Kmax = 5. Each of the

five CUDOS components has a value of 1 for 'no shortcomings' or 0 for

'shortcoming', also indicated in the text by . The exception is Originality,

which TIIT arbitrarily assigned a fixed value 1.

The calculation of the sum of K = K+U+D+1+S, where Kmax = 5, Kmin = 1.

Evaluation of P, a value of 1 for 'no shortcomings' or 0 for 'shortcomings'

( ).

P indicates the convergence with , therefore, the usefulness of sending

discipline for human civilisation agenda.

The calculation of C according to equation:

C = KexpP = KP

thus:

Cmin = 1exp0 = 10 = 1

Cmax = 5exp1 = 51 = 5

STEP 3 .

The aim of this Step is summarising the results from previous Steps in the

following matrix:

TIITX ⇒ M[R,A,I] ˣ C[K,P]

Determining the TIITX value for the n-th evaluated discipline is achieved by

solving the equation:

TIITXn = Mn ˣ Cn

Thus, the extremal values are as follows:

Mmin ˣ Cmin = 1

Mmax ˣ Cmax = 125

Page 7: Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204 4. Condition of

P For Heaven 40 4. Condition of Contemporary Science Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204

then:

M ˣ C = 101 to 125 ⇒

M ˣ C = 76 to 100 ⇒

M ˣ C = 51 to 75 ⇒

M ˣ C = 26 to 50 ⇒

M ˣ C = 1 to 25 ⇒

TIITX means the level of infomination in the analysed theory or scientific

field, clearly showing the academic discipline’s degree of unorthodoxy in

relation to its original role. It indicates the level of error in its management and

suitability for achieving its goals.

STEP 4 .

Assigning a value TIITX discipline assessed by averaging the TIITXn values

obtained in STEP 3, and rounding fractions to integers > 0,5 = 1. The TIITX

residual value is obtained as in the example below:

( + + ) / 3 =

( + + ) / 3 =

The code emphasises the distinction with a color, and in order to make it

easier to a reader to track and understand the TIITX Index methodology in

each particular case, TIIT prepared the following graphic system of evaluation

accompanying each TIITX:

In this system, a domain of science is represented by a circle of a color of the

TIITX Index assigned to this domain, placed on a background of the PRAVDA

symbol, as in the graph above. POLONEUM HEART structure is described in

chapter DEFINITION OF PRAVDA, but as a reminder: opal field symbolises

KNOWLEDGE, and gold surrounding it is ETHICS. The table below gives the

principle of applying this graphics in relation to M[R,A,I] ˣ C[K,P] matrix.

If any of A, I or P is equal to 0, the assessed field receives index

and is not a part of PRAVDA at all, hence the red circle symbolising it is

Page 8: Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204 4. Condition of

placed outside the shape of HEART. In case of , the green circle

representing the domain is placed in the HEART’s opal field, denoting that the

science is closely aligned with PRAVDA. The symbols’s placement is

controlled by a distribution of R, A, I, K and P values, which is represented in

text by one of these symbols:

INDEX TIIT FORMULA .

(example)

The following example shows how TIITX is assigned to the subdiscipline:

It should be noted that, as you can see, TIIT places particular emphasis on

ethics, on the grounds that it is coming first in the hierarchy of Elements of

PRAVDA, marked as . Science not following the ethical principles as

described by CUDOS loses its status as a discipline whose message is to seek

PRAVDA and weakens the strength of our civilisation. Civilisations of a low

degree of organisation are characterised by such a lack of awareness of

PRAVDA , of ITS weight and significance. The natural consequence of this

is a fact that such civilisations are not able to secure basic existential needs of

their members. In view of what we have presented with above with such

clarity, we are forced to ask ourselves this question:

Where is then our civilisation put in this context?

Page 9: Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204 4. Condition of

To have this question answered, we need to assess the condition of our

science. Let’s note that the precision of results is not as important here, as the

order of magnitude. I have accomplished this work earlier as a project for my

TIIT Institute, so it is independently presented online on TIIT homepage.

ASSESSMENT OF MODERN SCIENCE’S CONDITION

On the whole science consists of various areas consisting of many sub-

disciplines. Each of them has been reviewed and assessed for the degree of

infomination, and indicated by the TIITX Index.

NATURAL SCIENCES (NS)

Natural Sciences are key to basic knowledge about our surroundings, and their

task is to determine a quality of our perception of nature, in order to get

picture of the world possibly closest to PRAVDA. They consist of the

following disciplines:

ASTRONOMY (NS1)

CHEMISTRY (NS2)

EARTH SCIENCE (NS3)

LIFE SCIENCE (NS4)

MATERIAL SCIENCE (NS5)

PHYSICS (NS6)

Flaws in the Natural Sciences are unrelenting and cast a long shadow over all

areas of our lives. Every mistake made here is immediately replicated

throughout the rest of science and philosophies, and consequently, adversely

affects the results of their investigations.

No philosophy nor a nice mouthful, are able to substitute for discoveries made

in the Natural Sciences. The amazing thing is how slow mankind is in learning

this simple truth. Generally low TIIT Index rating for the Natural Sciences

reflects this fact and points to the need of fighting the infomination, which has

a profound impact on our research at every level of information.

Astronomy consists of the following main categories: Observational

Astronomy, Theoretical Astronomy and interdisciplinary fields. The main

source of infomination is Theoretical Astronomy’s inability to develop a

coherent model of the Universe and a stubborn rejection of concepts such as

Mark McCutcheon’s theory of an expanding atom. While observational

astronomy strives to provide reliable data, theorists speak for all, and officially

adopt empirically unsubstantiated or even false theories, often not even

bothering to seek consent of their colleagues involved in the research.

In particular, the acceptance of the Big Bang theory ( ) at the expense of the

Electric Universe theory and the complete omission of PPP Law, is a serious

violation of CUDOS ( ), and Elements , and of PRAVDA, which has

very serious consequences for the whole science, reaching far beyond

Astronomy itself, directly affecting the development of our civilisation.

The disciplines of chemistry listed in the table beyond also represent a

plethora of interdisciplinary branches. Those fields include Agrochemistry,

Astrochemistry (Cosmochemistry), Atmospheric Chemistry, Chemical

The main source of infomination here is ignorance of Elements and of

PRAVDA manifested as a broad stream of contaminated data flowing from

other fields. Particularly harmful is an adoption of a flawed model of atom ( )

by Physics, and generally abnormal cell function model ( ) by Biology.

It should also be noted that there is a huge demand for Chemistry by the global

industry, which makes it very susceptible to bias under pressure from this side.

Most often this involves violating points 1 (C) and 3 (D) CUDOS, except that

TIIT does not recognise them as the Intentional For Field’s Merit (I), but

merely as Unawareness of Objectives (A).

This area is infominated by a stream of data from Theoretical Astronomy, and

in particular by the model of the universe based on the Big Bang ( ). Other

sources of infomination is Physics because of the Bohr’s model of atom ( ),

incompatible with McCutcheon’s, and other sciences, which adopted flawed

evolutionary model of development of life on Earth, being a natural

consequence of the PPP Law’s ignorance.

Earth Science infringes CUDOS in points 1 (C), 2 (U) and 5 (S). Infomination,

which most seriously disrupts the flow of information in this field is the

defective physical model of a planet. Despite all indications of seismographs

and in spite of cosmology based on expansive model of the atom, Physical

Geography persistently claims that the Earth is a sphere filled with liquid

layers of lava ( ), and has a heavy nickel nucleus in its center ( ). Meanwhile,

indications of instruments suggest beyond doubt that our planet is a sphere,

and more precisely - a hollow toroid. Only such a structure justifies the Earth's

crust responding to every hit with bell-like sounds. The Earth's crust is in a

state of expansion, extending a dozen or so centimeters a year along the lines

Page 13: Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204 4. Condition of

that form a kind of clearly defined planes, but by no means "plates"( ), which

for the purposes of tectonics, would "push against each other," the "pressure"

justifying surface tensions and a number of other detected kinetic effects.

Meanwhile, all these physical effects are in fact the most obvious, simple to

explaine and a natural result of the constant expansion of planet’s surface from

its center. Let’s stress, the expansion, the chief symptom of which is gravity.

There is a small sun in the center of the hollow interior of the planet inhabited

by us, from which matter keeps flowing in a form of electrons and smaller

particles, originating in the suboptical dimensions, expanding from there to

our dimension ( ). This model is supported, for example, by Jupiter’s

observations, inside which one of the satellites registered a small sun, visible

through the hole(!) in its pole.

A brilliant young Australian geographer demonstrated this model on a

computer animation created of a large oceanographic database, visualising

how continents were formed out of an even surface and why all coastlines are

mutually compatible.

Thus planets are three-dimensional waves, expanding with constant

acceleration, causing on their surfaces an illusion of "gravitational pull", ie

strength, which in fact does not exist in nature, and is proven beyond doubt by

'Copernicus' of our time in His ‘The Final Theory’. An average person is not

able to imagine the mechanics of this model, which eludes senses, because we,

the observers, are also built of the swelling atoms, so we should not count on a

speedy desinfomination of this field.

The list beyond includes all sub-disciplines, but we must bear in mind that due

to the discipline’s dynamic development and progress in research, there are

being created ever new interdisciplinary departments of this science. The Life

Science is one of the most controversial and complex areas of modern science,

just as life itself is.

The controversies resulting of its research create problems to researchers equal

to life philosophies, which are tested here dayily, and there is no authority able

to prove or disprove them, except the domain itself, while the world is

watching. It is very easy to make a bad impression in such an exposure,

however TIIT, aware of these difficulties, awarded it with the highest possible

rating, , considering the enormous amount of infomination derived

from officially functioning theories, which, not subject to criticism,

overwhelm all our science and, consequently, our entire reality.

This department would be a job done with excellence, but the prevailing

prejudices in Biomaterials, Forensic Engineering and Nanotechnology

materials (I = 0, P = 0), did not allow for the top rating, and that despite a

general understanding of the purpose and excellence in the majority of the

rest. Compared with other fields, materials science testifies to the best of all

humanity. Thanks to this knowledge, we have materials of fabulous properties,

fantastic physical and chemical parameters and unsurpassed quality, and our

thought is already in other dimensions.

There remains only a question of a proper management of this scientific gift

by the industry, which unfortunately is ailing, but that is outside the scope of

this science, being dependent on external factors. The problem here lies in the

fact that our civilisation has achieved enough in this direction to stop and try

to regroup towards Bio- and Nanotechnologies. No one knows exactly what

would it take to realise such an intent, nevertheless, it remains the optimal

option for further development of this field, and, happiest of all, if such an

initiative came from here, with arguments directly from the lab.

In the evaluation process of the domains listed beneath, and especially of their

merit values, TIIT adopted a theory of an atom’s expansion as a point of

reference. This is by far the most attractive look at the Physics to date, taking

due account of eg the Element of Expansivity, , without which, there prevails

in Physics the famous assumption of the light’s constant speed ( ), and this

despite a convincing record of its fallacy, recently obtained by research in the

Hadron facility. Another consequence of inadequate accountability in physics

against , but also Hierarchy, , is multitude of the elementary particles and

chaos in their definitions. As a matter of fact, all of them may be one and the

same particle, being simply in a state of expansion from the suboptical

dimension. One can not check beyond doubt how it actually is, using existing

electron microscopes and particle accelerators, whose methodology relies

exclusively on breaking down the researched particles, which completely

alters the physical state of the research’s object. This major infomination is

maintained by lack of an official debate in this scientific community

regarding, eg. the spontaneous appearance of photons in vacuum or sound

mobility at the speed of light. This is due to license restrictions governing the

Page 17: Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204 4. Condition of

P For Heaven 50 4. Condition of Contemporary Science Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204

flow of information in areas such as eg. Plasma Physics, where both A and I

are of 0 value. This points out to an inadequate awareness of Elements and

, without which all the basic concepts in modern physics, unfortunately, are

burdened with a crude flaw.

TIIT strongly believes that their full consideration is not only the key to the

future of Physics, but all sciences in general. The highest possible index, given

these conditions, , Physics receives only in recognition of the effort,

and often heroism, of those few scientists who, risking their careers and even

their own lives, fight the infomination raging in their disciplines, full of flawed

theories and outright forgeries. These brave people are trying to protect their

fields from grave consequences of their sciences’ direct exposure to the effects

of infomination.

Most often the infomination manifests as a mere absence of a common sense,

as in the case of already officially recognised as erroneous Newton’s theory of

the infamous "universal gravitation", allegedly resulting from the enigmatic

"force of gravity". All logic errors in this theory have been exposed by the

‘Copernicus’ of our time in his work ‘The Final Theory’, and you can only

ask: what are the physicists waiting for? The fragmentation of knowledge,

though necessary in the development of any discipline, must not be at the

expense of principles, as this leads to chaos, as the mentioned ‘Copernicus’

illustrated it below:

Page 18: Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204 4. Condition of

P For Heaven 51 4. Condition of Contemporary Science Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204

This The Final Theory’s absence in Physics, as well as eg. the theory’s of the

superluminal speeds achieved by sound, are among the largest of a whole

series of giant infominations in this science, being the key to our knowledge

about the world. This condition needs urgent correction, since without it,

physics cannot be considered a science. It's a very harsh assessment, but it is a

consequence of the inconsistency of physics in determining and observing its

own protocol.

It happens when physics refuses to acknowledge that Newton's theory packed

with errors of substance, and Einstein’s assumed speed of light’s immutability,

and that it is the largest one in nature, are absurds. This is the source of a

general mess now crippling the infominated basis of this science, called the

Standard Theory.

It is a physical impossibility to create a solid theoretical grounds for the

science’s successful development on such infomination and it was shown

already by the mentioned ‘Copernicus’, who intuitionally took advantage of

the knowledge of our Prominent Ancestors’, contained in Nine Volume Book

of PRAVDA, and aptly illustrated this tragedy of mankind in the above

diagram.

Social Science is a precision tool, and the best tool we ever managed to create

for the construction of the Higher Order Civilisation.

Unfortunately, as indicated by Index, we cannot use it properly yet.

As a civilisation we are only emerging from the social structure’s embryonic

phase, the phase in which our group awareness of our goals as a global

community was so low that it did not even allow to establish this field of

science. Today it is already a fact, and Social Sciences gain momentum,

seconding the successful development of the planet’s nervous system, the

Internet, and its branches that rapidly move our global connectivity and

relationship to the next level of organisation. Naturally, the level of

infomination here is the greatest amongst all disciplines. Plato believed that

someone who does not know mathematics, should not enter his academy, or

take to science at all. We do not put such high demands to our cadres, so

scientists largely stereotype and are unable to effectively use Mathematics and

Logic in their research.

It is a consequence of the last millennium’s "dark ages", which is currently

subject to profound change and with the upgraded Social Sciences we steer

towards restructuring the entire existing system into the infomination free

civilisation.

The task of Anthropology is finding out who is a human being, or otherwise,

to answer the question: who (or what) is a man? informs that we

could not yet figure out PRAVDA of a man, meaning that we still do not know

ourselves sufficiently. Number of theories about the origin of humans is still

too close to the number of researchers involved, which clearly testifies to the

prevailing anarchy and infomination rampant here. As sorry it would sound,

we still not only do not know how did we come to this planet, but also why we

have such, and no other, body structure and characteristics of intellect. Given

the circumstances, it will take some time before we will see light in the tunnel

leading to PRAVDA, that's for sure. Source of infomination? All indications

are that by stating "... I know that I know nothing ...", Plato gave us a hint that

he knew the correct answer.

of its disaster, as it does not take much to realise the profound importance of

communication in the multibillion and multicultural population.

We have already seen that there are areas in science, which are not the

happiest, and even do rather poorly. This however, what TIIT observed in the

Economy, surpassed its darkest scenarios. It is not even an alarm - as a

civilisation we reached the bottom. simply means a flat out zero, as

we used to say sometimes at school. This result points out to a structurally

flawed system organisation, of a poor design and still worse execution. The

recognition of the positive contribution of Mathematical Methods to this

chapter, it is only the grant by the surgeon that the patient is still conscious,

there exists awareness of Conscience, , in the field, but the rest testifies to

the fact that circulation is blocked, or sick, and may lead to a heart attack at

any time. If all of us do not take care of this problem, demonstrating the

sincerest will to have it fixed, and if we do not work out together a technique

coordinating our effort of getting out of this slump, we are threatened a loss of

whatever’s left of the consciousness, or simply the clinical death on the

operating table, on which as a civilisation we are currently lying. And if it is

not a strong enough warning before the inevitable, I do not know what it

should be. It is our common tragedy, which nothing can sweeten but a fast and

efficient desinfomination of the entire economy, starting at its theoretical

foundations. For the time being, no one is allowed to call this pathology "a

system" or "a science".

Low score of this field is a direct result of the lack of a clear definition of a

man and his role in the natural environment, resulting in the dimly outlined

purpose of social education. In this regard our individual intuitive approach

dominates, driven by an impuls of a moment. So we tend to educate in

directions consistent with our subjective feelings and any attempt to

systematise this process in a broader social scale, very rarely stands the test in

practice. The unclear, never refined overall objective of our civilisation must

have, and has, specific effects, which in Education are reflected as in a mirror.

The lack of purpose will never allow to determine an optimal course of

Education for the entire population, while the environmental impact will

dictate trends along the lowest of lines of our species preservation. Until these

proportions are not eventually set by a fully matured society of the

Information Age, Education shall remain the domain of "lacking backbone",

blindly seeking its identity.

It would seem that infomination in an area such as geography can only stem

from inaccuracies of measuring instruments, because "what the horse is like,

everyone sees", as we all have contact with this area daily.

Yet the common interpretation of the facts is so arbitrary that we are dealing

with colossal fallacies. Of course, this is typical of interdisciplinary fields,

where the error once committed echoes multiple times throughout many fields

of science. The specificity of Human Geography allows for precisely this kind

of infections, but also here there is a very strong possibility of arbitrary

interpretation of test results, which come up in form of statistics, and these are

always susceptible to the manipulation out of non-scientific motives.

in this case shows that most definitely one cannot rely on this field

due to a too high level of infomination, except for a bizarre case of Geography

of Economics. Geography of Economics’s uniqueness lies in the fact that its

data are necessary for controlling the relations in line MAN ↔ ECONOMY

↔ ENVIRONMENT, and they are accurate, but are fully disclosed only

under license. Therefore, the field’s TIIT Index is as low as if the domain’s

policy was biased, which is not the case.

In brief, History is now in such shape that it must start applying to obtain the

status of 'science'. TIIT was forced to issue such verdict after a due

consideration of available records. Sources of infomination in this area are

numerous and powerful, starting from a falsified calendar. Today's

Page 24: Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204 4. Condition of

timekeeping system was adopted in the seventeenth century by the politically

motivated circles, in very mysterious circumstances. Recently, mathematicians

took the matter into their hands and discovered this real drama – back then

nothing less or more but 1,150 years was added to our present calendar, hence

the information in source materials is infominated to such an extent that one

may count on its reliability in case of 10% of their contents at best. The canvas

of this criminal act is better and better known to the declared history

researchers, who know today precisely who and why would committ it with

such a perfidy, but today, after almost three centuries, it is an outdated and the

least important thing. The crucial fact for us at present is the definitive

alleviatiation of this gigantic infomination‘s negative effect and restoring order

in our current ideas about the past, so that we were able to start planning for

the future properly, that is in accordance with the PRAVDA.

This kind of shock, of course, goes far beyond a single discipline, in addition,

not all are aware of this, so we will have to wait for the desinfomination to

take effect. And these may turn out to be extensive, multilevel and long-term,

so historians, like all of us, face a real challenge - how can the flow of

information’s giant blockage be cleanned up?

Wherever TIIT assigned more than , it is only because of the

individual researchers’ extraordinary load of work, at the highest level of their

expertise, who often at the risk of their careers, and at times even their lives,

managed to finalise the process of a particular segment’s desinfomination and

announce the results. In the following chapters there appear specifics and the

names of the most prominent among them who keep fighting for social

recognition of the TRUTH, PRAVDA, and in Its name call for a debate in their

community. So far unsuccessfully, because, as stated at the beginning - history

as a science, or a domaine in search for PRAVDA, working on all the available

database and open to debate, does not exist yet. As you can see in the table

beyond, in as many as two cases TIIT was forced to assess at the lowest grade

for both Awareness of Objectives (A) and Intent For Field’s Merit (I). In case

of the World History there has come to this a zero value for Policy Bias (P) - a

phenomenon deleting this domaine from the list of scientific fields. Until this

changes, humanity does not know its own past, and this is wrong, anyone will

admit.

The table above lists the legal disciplines taught at universities, however, Law

spreads far beyond the core subjects of these and further disciplines, and is

divided into the following categories:

LAW AND SOCIETY: Labour Law, Human Rights, Civil Procedure

and Criminal Procedure, Evidence, Immigration Law and

Nationality Law, Social Security, Family Law;

LAW AND TRADE: Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Admiralty

Law and the Law of the Sea, Intellectual Property Law,

Restitution, Unjust Enrichment, Law of Outer Space;

LAW AND REGULATIONS: Tax Law, Banking Law and the

Regulation of the Finance, Legislation, Competition Law,

Consumer Law, Environmental Law.

Because the Natural Sciences have little, or no, impact on this area, the low

score is a consequence of many violations of , and notoriously of

CUDOS 1(C) and 3(D). Although the science of Law is not separated from the

practice of Law, the relationship between the two is not particularly sensible,

and especially to the extent that this impact was visible as a systematic

improvement of the quality of the letter of the Law. Infomination here

continues, and the world is still as far from achieving a satisfactory balance in

the general level of justice, as the science of Law is distant from the Ethics in

Its CUDOS understanding.

Admittedly, the low overall index , in a field as open to the world as

Linguistics is, is quite surprising. Profile analysis of indicators in the table

above indicates Linguistics' strengths and weaknesses, however, it's hard to

clearly say what is the reason for such a disappointing result of evaluation.

Based on information scan it can be stated that we are dealing here with a

generally poor efficiency in this area, which is responsible for the quality of

intercultural communication. A manifestation of this low quality is the fact

that individual ethnic groups poorly communicate with each other, which

makes it despite the dynamic development of international cooperation on a

global scale still do not understand each other satisfactorily. Generally,

extrascientific factors contributed to this state of affairs, but Linguistics itself

is not without fault, as evidenced by the lowest Indices of in up to

25% of its sub-disciplines. There we can see that the most aggravating factor

is the lack of satisfactory results in terms of geography and history of language

development. TIIT analysis proves that this is a consequence of recognition as

Page 27: Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204 4. Condition of

"unscientific" a record from antiquity that, at the dawn of our civilisation, all

humans were using only one speech, which they took over from their Creators.

For some undisclosed reasons, linguists today do not seem to manifest any

desire of studying the genesis of human speech, preferring to follow nihilistic

concepts lead by the "theory of evolution" ( ). The majority of researchers

often take enormous efforts crumbling in analysing etymology, attaining

laryngological level, while glaring lack of substantive synthesis and

constructive conclusions in terms of semantics.

All that today we have in linguistics is based on subjective interpretations

preferences and presumptions at the level of light literature. It is a result of

lack of application of mathematical and IT methods.

In conjunction with the interdisciplinary data, these would effectively rule out

the vast majority of arbitrariness reigning today in theories on the origin of

languages, introducing here an elementary neatness and orderliness, which in

Linguistics, so far, unfortunately, remains unseen.

The list in the table beyond does not cover all areas, and this is because they

are often introduced ad hoc, or often and downright modified, or have not had

time yet to crystallise in autonomous branches of science. Some departments

of Political Science classify specific methodologies of teaching internal policy

of a given country as a separate sub-discipline, while others do not recognise

such a classification.

In contrast to this traditional classification, some academic departments

organise scholarship into thematic categories, including political philosophy,

political behavior (inclusive of public opinion, collective action and identity),

and political institutions (inclusive of legislatures and international

organisations). Political science conferences and journals often qualify the

results of their analysis as specific categories. Unfortunately, neither as a

Page 28: Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204 4. Condition of

science, nor as practice, as we all can see, politics does not fare very well

globally. Some say it is simply sick, although it must be objectively admitted

that without progress in this area present human population on Earth would

not be able to survive.

TIIT thinks that the main reason behind it is its weak philosophical base, and

in particular, the general unawareness of and , namely the Law of PPP,

according to which, all life forms and cycles of nature everywhere in Cosmos

are regulated. The Law of PPP would be a highly reliable point of reference

for the global politics, excellent for both theory and practice, and its adoption

would immediately correct orientation of the entire discipline. Consequently it

would immediately alter the focus of the entire civilisation, at least taking it

off short term goals in the international public relations, and shifting it to

assistance in construction of naturally healthy global relations based on letter

of PRAVDA, . However, due to the general silence on this fundamental

matter on regulating law in this field, the infomination here is common and an

imminent change of status quo here is not to be expected soon .

Moreover, quietly, many authorities profess a machiavellian philosophy,

which actually teaches that infomination politician’s professional tool. They

all forget that mortals are wrong because they do not know the PRAVDA.

is wide spread because of the field’s close coupling with practice, which is

indicated by the zero value for Policy Bias (P) in up to 60% of the

subdisciplines.

The demand for qualified staff in government was driven primarily by a legal

requirement - at higher levels of government, specialists with higher education

in the Public Administration should be employed. So the narrowly specialised

field of science was established, however, to develop a sufficiently precise

methodology and instruments effort and time is needed, for which this domain

is still too young. Taking this into account, the result does not

surprise, much less frighten, as it does in case of areas with a long metric,

Of all departments in this area the highest ratings received those domains

whose agenda is to develop instruments that would enable the introduction of

quantifiability to the discipline. As long as psychology is classified as one of

the Social Sciences, there will not be too much space in it for measurements

and calculation. Humanity has yet to earn a lot of experience to be able to

accurately analyse the functioning of the brain and, therefore psychology is

facing huge challenges.

General ignorance of Elements of PRAVDA, , causes that flow of

information shaping social psychology at both the individual and the

collective levels, is infominated to a very high degree, as evidenced by merely

a sufficient rating for C, Filed’s Context Value, and for this

discipline fully reflects this state. You could say that Psychology only just

aspires to the status of science.

Sociology overlaps with various other disciplines whose object of study is

society. Such is the case of Anthropology, Political Science, Economics and

Social Philosophy. Many relatively new departments of science, such as

Communication Studies, Cultural Studies, Demography and Literary Theory,

derive from the experience and use the methods developed by Sociology. The

terms "Social Sciences" and "Community Studies" gained its present

autonomy thanks to the classical Sociology. Also Social Psychology as

separate discipline formed at the intersection of Sociology and Psychology

interests, and as such stands out due to its sociological and psychological

emphasis. It must be admitted that Sociology, despite not too long internship,

managed to contribute to the development of science, but its assessment is still

generally low. It is due to a long shadow of those of its subdisciplines that

have direct and strong relationships with practice, and these by their nature,

interact strongly, as indicated by the zero value of Policy Bias (P). The case of

Sociology points to one fundamental relationship - irrespective of a field’s

length of experience and proficiency, isolating its activities from Elements of

PRAVDA, , is a direct cause of a high degree, difficult to eliminate

infomination.

FORMAL SCIENCES (FS)

On the results in Formal Sciences depend the results of the Natural Sciences.

Because of this domain, we know what to do with the received data flowing

from all directions of research and how to plan our actions. The quality of the

brain is our natural advantage, and it seems to be the least infominated of all

the instruments of human cognition.

The overall result for TIIT Index is therefore high, despite the fact that it

leaves much room for improvement. This clearly indicates on our descent

from at least one of the well-developed interstellar species, but most

importantly, that we have a potential to step on the right track of development.

All we have to do is learn to maintain a high quality of information in science

and the one remaining public circulation. As with every indulgence, if it

happens in this field, it all the same means irreparable losses in our business of

universe research and exploring the essence of our existence in it.

the use of computers is a continuing trend, and this entails the constant need

a high rating for a very low result of Formal Methodology, which combined

with the mediocre level of proficiency of the Theory Of Computation and

It could be a lot better here than a pass mark, but in too many cases there was

a breach of ethics, as indicated by the low average Field’s Context Value, C.

Decision Theory would earn a higher TIIT Index, if activity in this area was of

a bigger prestige. However, this can not take place at the humanity’s present

organisational level, because essentially, this domaine stands in a way of too

many centers, which do not stand competition in decision making.

Economic Theory Of Information, its importance would rise immediately,

and the results of its activity would have been much better felt globally. Let’s

add - felt positively by everyone of us. Today we may only have satisfaction

of knowing that such science exists and develops.

Game Theory has one essential flaw - it takes on a task that has no future in

this world. Our reality, as indicated by all Elements, is not a stage created

for presentation of our strategic industrialism and life ingenuity. Our reality

hands us out its card, but not to play them with it, but to give us a lesson what

are the odds in the event we dared for a game. And these are slim, being a

mouthful for nil, given the disparities we face, merely considering the forces

of Nature. Maybe when we spot it in time, we will then see higher rates TIIT,

starting from Equilibrium Concepts. This seems to be worth fighting for,

because this would be the ticket for the Game Theory to win the lottery. So

far, no luck here is comparable with this domain’s condition.

condition of civilisation. If this condition were good, we would experience it

everywhere - attention to vital existential details, both at individual and

collective levels, would be a rule, not an exception, and everyone would

understand, without an additional support for education, that we live in a

logically coherent system, in which there is no space for incompetence and

information deficiency.

It is not the case because philosophy in this domain is failing. Clearly

erroneous assumptions in its philosophical background is a result of ignorance

of Element ’s weight. Specifically, it is a fact that complementing the

condition of communication transparency nowhere plays greater role than just

in this key domain of IT. The notorious infominating factor in this discipline is

the lack of transparency of information on the agenda. Transparency should be

especially observed in cases relevant to existence. It is insufficient here, and

one can clearly see it by the lack of public debate on our civilisation’s agenda.

The responsibility for this lies with the very information theorists, who

evidently are unable to design systems with a higher degree of integrity, and

as a result, logistic systems assuming no media transparency are implemented,

which is a mistake that leads to development of civilisation unaware of

hazards and its purpose altogether. It is the condition of this discipline that is

indicative of the level of development of our entire civilisation, or level of its

organisation. Mess and improvisation reigning here forces spontaneity and

unbalanced decision-making elsewhere, to the detriment of the public. This

will not change on its own, and here is the role for the information theorists,

which in TIIT’s opinion is fulfilled only sufficiently, , which proves

not good enough for our civilisation’s drive for higher organisation.

Logic is the core of Formal Sciences and its relatively high rating is highly

inspiring. There is optimism in this, at least about the state of our thought. It's

Page 35: Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204 4. Condition of

not bad. One may only wonder over the unsatisfactory mark for the Study Of

Fallacies. General underdevelopment of this department is the result of both

negligence on the side of Ethics ( ), expressed by P = 0, and level of

proficiency, tipped by the lack of proper Awareness Of Objectives, transpired

by A = 0. A properly functioning Study Of Fallacies would find the cause of

generally weak implementation of Logic and have arrived with a correction

methodology for this pathology. Unfortunately, this is not happening, and it is

not for the reasons imposed by external factors, so it is a system error. It is

also evident by too weak activity of this environment, which should be the

axis of lobbying for preservation of common sense. One often hears about

epochal discoveries for instance in contemporary physics and also ab out

achievements of prominent mathematicians, however, about achievements of

logicians recently it was loud only in antiquity. Today, they are either not

popular, or have no particular success at work, or neither this nor the latter.

Something should change here, because the weakness of Logic means

weakness of our civilisation, and most certainly will not affect positively our

civilisation’s condition.

Mathematics is the Queen of Sciences and as befits a queen, it received the

highest rating from TIIT. This fact alone is a ray of hope and a model for all of

our science to follow, since other major scientific fields in such a good

condition are not. This is puzzling, even bizarre, the exception proving the rule

that overall condition of science is poor. This result confirms that mankind’s

thinking is good, it can operate flawlessly whether it's a number, or another

abstract, it only gets lost when it comes to practical applications of this

thinking. On this, unfortunately, Mathematics has no influence, cannot

possibly have, and once again, it is clear that the reason for the humanity’s

lack of success in struggle with nature is not a lack of potential inherited from

the Velgie Ancestors, or genetic predisposition and having a perfect brain, but

our own nonchalance in the learning process, especially the notorious

neglecting familiarisation with Elements of PRAVDA. Mathematics reminds

us every day that throughout eons 1 + 1 = 2, so there is one, unchanging in time

and independent of circumstances PRAVDA, which violating daily principles

of Mathematics, so called "thinking beings", which we believe we are, are

unable to take to their full awareness and nourish their doubts instead. Sorry

for those who cannot understand Mathematics, but shame on those who do not

respect the Queen of Sciences. They are the disgrace to our civilisation. As it

was already mentioned, Plato banned all those who did not understand the

principles of Mathematics from entering his Academy. He would not do it

without a valid reason.

Statistics has the potential to catch up with Mathematics in the results, but

because of a much closer relationship with non-scientific communities, it is

impossible in practice. Statistical bill is a matter of first necessity for

environments with political and mercantile agenda, so there are situations

cases, just those strongly connected with politics and trade, in which the

Statistics is a working tool, and as such is, and always will be, treated

instrumentally, so this relationship is natural and lasting.

This section is a giant leap for mankind in the right direction. For only the

analysis of the structure and work of systems is able to give an answer to the

question of how to shape our civilisation, which is nothing else but a system.

Just a satisfactory rating not not surprising, because firstly, the

field's activity is too short, and secondly, to derive data from strongly

infominated sources such as, for example, Living and Systems Biology

Systems can not give a positive result of the final. With advances in

desinfomination we will see a clear change in the status of this field, whose

future is great and central to all science, if only mankind would be able to

keep a straight course in relation to its own message.

APPLIED SCIENCES (AS)

Appplied Sciences are an organoleptic interface for research of reality for all

other branches of science. As a civilisation we only proceed from the

embryonic phase in the development of the social structure in which the

previous group awareness did not even allow to create this direction of science

in order to attempt determinning what our global community’s common goal

should be. Now this is already a fact, and Social Sciences gain momentum, as

the gradually developing nervous system of our planet, the Internet and its

branches, which quickly improve our global communication and interactivity

to the next level. Of course, the level of infomination here is one of the highest

among all domains, as we only start learning to use this tool, and the staff are

still heavily influenced by prejudice. Unfortunately, this is signaled by higher

than anywhere else incidence of zero values for A, I and P. In addition, the

low rates of R tell about the varying quality of proficiency and following

stereotypes of the past. This is due to lack of ideological orientation, which is

just one of the manifestations of societies living in isolation from PRAVDA.

This domain is an extremely good, actually a very precise, pointer to the

conditions in which human minds operate, what philosophy their activity is

based on. Without a profound change in this domain and improved Social

Sciences, our civilisation is spiralling downwards. Further development of the

whole of the existing system in this way will no longer be productive. We

must try to transform it into an infomination-free civilisation as we call it here.

Antrozoology (also called Humanistic And Animal Studies, HAS) studies the

interaction between objects of the living world. It is an interdisciplinary field

overlapping many other fields such as Anthropology, Ethnology, Psychology,

Veterinary Medicine and Zoology. The most infominated domains here are

those where there is either a lack of understanding of a discipline’s mission, or

what its object of interest is, (I = 0), or a bias towards its policies (P = 0). In

other cases the assessment is lowered primarily by insufficient proficiency.

It’s still a long way for this field to achieve a rank, that could be of assistance

in establishing a world lobby for the animals’ recognition as ‘enlightened

beings’, that is those who have ‘conscience’ as defined by PRAVDA. The task

will be a controversy for humans, as long as humanity itself is at the beginning

of the process. The ideal here is to restore a status of interspecies balance to

the level of that of millennia ago, when Vedism reigned and nobody wondered

if eg. the ‘gods’ were of an appearance of a monkey, a bird, or a crocodile. It

seems to be a matter of many decades of strenuous effort and progress in areas

such as this, but primarily those that determine the quality level of collective

conscience, or Social Sciences. Meanwhile, as shown by the results in

Anthrozoology, it’s still early here for full optimism.

Applied Sciences are the axis of the entire science domain of the same name.

by definition, they consist of fragments of all other fields, so not surprisingly

we encounter here a frequent crossing of competence lines, or mirroring

operational issues. In the heat of the research activity it is impossible to avoid

such situations, so they are part of the routine here. In this state of affairs one

should rightly expect a slightly lower TIIT Index indications, but in fact, it is

surprisingly low, and above all, seems to be disproportionate with progress

visible everywhere. Generally speaking, it’s as in the saying - "jack of old

trades, master of none". Except some honorable exceptions, visible in the table

beyond, it is a conspicuous rule. means "failed", which is as

meritorious to Applied Science as, unfortunately, so far, it does not quite work

in our favor. Low K-factor rating, indicating a degree of discord with , or a

general drift off from the course on PRAVDA, shows that the domain has no

autonomy, does not yet realise its purpose, to attain which it was established.

At this stage we can only wish it a major change in this state of affairs as soon

as possible, particularly in the Energy Technology and Environmental

Engineering. These two disciplines enjoy a special status - they impinge on

both the profile of our civilisation, as seen from outer space, and its status

against the planet. In its present state, thanks to fields of science such as this,

here on this planet we are its biological gnarl, senselessly and awkwardly,

though with a powerful and growing devastating performance, wearing off its

natural resources. Changing this state of affairs is our most urgent task in the

coming decades, or ... no, we have no alternative, things had gone too far. We

need to bring this area into compliance with all of PRAVDA as soon as

possible.

This section is one big infomination. Without exceptions. TIIT did not find any

offenses here against professional Ethics, because P = 1 in each case, which is

curious in the beaming light of records proving the contrary, instead,

everywhere shortfalls in Intents for Field’s Merit (I), or insufficient Awareness

of Objects (A) are detected. And an evaluation of ‘0’ in any of these

parameters kicks the domain outside the margin of PRAVDA’s tolerance and

disqualifies it as a science. In this situation, generally very low level of

community’s familiarity with its past is not surprising. What is surprising, is

the fact that in this condition we manifest aspirations to extraterrestrial travels,

to modify the natural environment, and that we feel deeply as the Earth’s

leading species. Why? With science of Archaeology in condition such as this,

we have no right to any of these behaviors. Neither morally nor technically we

occurs in 50% of disciplines, but mere "three" for the lot, what went wrong?

The table above shows That C Factor Is At Fault, Poor Awareness Of The

Field’s Placement In The Context of PRAVDA. K index, which sets out the

basis of this value, is the field’s compliance with Ethics, , which, even with

a total purity of moral approach to it (P = 1), will result in overall low ratin g,

and if eg. mercantilism prevails in the field, it will be this factor that sets the

pace of growth and shapes profile of technology. In the case of Computer

Technology, which broke out into a leading position among technology

components of the civilisation nerve, it is clearly not up to the essential task,

one in line with PRAVDA, a mission being the transition of our civilisation’s

system to a higher level of organisation. It may sound as a meaningless

platitude, but it is not so, as TIIT is in possession of records, providing for far-

reaching technological ailments that are not a result of some technology

deficiencies, but they are actually an effect of ignorance of PRAVDA. These

occur especially where Computer Technology is crossing competencies of a

living person, or in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Health Informatics, etc.

This is so because without the full awareness of the role of man in the world

and awareness of limits of his/hers competence, it is impossible to correctly

position technology supporting him/her, and in particular, assigning it

ramifiactions, primarily such as a precise definition of the scope of

interference of artificial intelligence in the brain. Without a profound

discernment of Element further progress in these areas is impossible and

awareness of this needs to mature in science as soon as possible.

This section is close to the Computer Technology because it owes it a large

part of its dynamic development, therefore, the same result is not

surprising. Mutual coupling of these areas is natural and obvious, as one

without the other would not be the same, so the sources of their infomination

are similar. In Electronics we have to deal with even higher level of

proficiency than in Computer Technology, R = 5 in 2/3 disciplines, instead C

has a lower value, so the problem persists - lack of sufficient awareness of the

Element . This means that Electronics in the nearest future will be at a

crossroads. You may find that its further development does not make sense

due to the discovery of other technologies, in which electrons no longer be the

fundamental information and energy carriers. TIIT Institute has indications

that such new technologies already are on our science’s radar, and will soon

be revealed by progress of desinfomination.

As for the domain of Energy, one can only conclude that the "it’s darkest

under the lamp". This field of basic social demands has its lowest level of

conscience. Primary Elements of PRAVDA indicate that we are immersed,

along with the entire planet, in the immense, omnipotent ocean of energy

occurring in both perceptible and imperceptible forms by human senses, and

in spite of this, the domain is infominated to the maximum, and that at its very

base. It is primarily about strong infomination of the field’s Awareness of

Objectives, A, the Intent for the Field’s Merit, I, and a high level of Policy

Bias, P, in this area, where the average calculated value is zero. It is a

peculiarity in all science and means that both substantive and contextual

values of this discipline are a premeditated infomination, so by the scientific

factors as by the non-scientific ones. As long as this condition shall persist,

which covers equally science and industry, our civilisation can not count on

organisational promotion.

It would seem that Engineering in such a technocratic civilisation as ours

should rank at the highest level. However, as seen in the table beyond, it is not

so, and a closer analysis does not inspire optimism, that this condition might

quickly change. It can not and will not be, because this domain, although

nominally called 'science', is primarily a technology department, and as such is

bound organically with non-scientific fields, primarily with the industry. It has

its consequences, resulting from the fact that the industry, as the "muscle" of

civilisation, does not deal with the analysis of abstracts, eg. such as the search

for an answer to the question "where are we going to?". It is most evident in

Biomedical Engineering and Earth Systems Engineering, both from P = 0,

which means that there even are no signs of a good will to walk towards

PRAVDA, in accordance with The Overwhelming Element . Biomedical

Engineering believes that it is essential in supporting biotechnology, imposing

its point of view to others, and it is so suggestive that its proposal for an

artificial limb gained more support among decision makers and opinion-

forming centres than a regrowth of limbs project, based on the existing bodily

base of stem cells, which was never even publicised in the mainstream media.

One may try to argue that there is no fault here on behalf of the domain, but

this is not so, because the professional ethics, or awareness of , requires that

the representatives of a given area did not contribute to projects fundamentally

Page 45: Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204 4. Condition of

flawed. Improving the Creator can never be regarded as a virtue and this case

in Biomedical Engineering is a classic mistake, along with Earth Systems

Engineering’s itch to “improve” the geosystem without even basic insight in

the Primary Elements , and especially and , which inform about

planetary structure and physics. Equally long shadow on the reputation of

Engineering puts Nuclear Engineering, the activities of which only contribute

to growth of a barrier to the humanity’s civilisational progress. In a word,

Engineering - YES, but infominated Engineering, or an unethical

pseudoscience - NO.

And what should be expected of civilisation unaware of PRAVDA? Ecological

disaster on the planet has not reached its apogee as yet, but our industry and

politics do everything to achieve this goal. It’s true that this approach is now

no longer officially declared, one can hear an alarming tone in the media, there

are organised politically correct and timely actions mobilising the public to

intensify their effort to protect the natural environment, but cold eye look at

the situation in science and technology reveals the sad truth that these fields,

unfortunately, do not have this on their agenda. In case of this domain we are

dealing with the worst form infomination – program rejection of the ethics

from professional practice, of which P = 0 informs in six out of seven cases.

The table beyond shows that in as many as in two cases there is a mix of both

A = 0 and I = 0, which means these disciplines’ declared and complete

departure from PRAVDA. The credibility test of the TIIT Index in this case is

the condition of ecology and environment of the Earth. For all in doubt let the

signals be the stains of crude oil spilled over the Gulf of Mexico and the

Arctic, and the debris of an extent of a continent floating in the Pacific. Those

Medicine is an eclectic collection of science and technology disciplines,

interconnected with each other and also with all other areas of human

knowledge. An extent of this knowledge and complexity of information

contained in it is huge to the extent that a customary saying claims it is not a

branch of science, but one of an art. And indeed great scientists can be

counted here on fingers of one palm. This is a radical opinion, perhaps, but

true, if only the following criterion be taken - how many experts in this field

can boast significant achievements in fighting the man biggest problem, being

an old age and death? The reality is that 99.9% of medical experts do not even

qualify these ailments as diseases. No, one cannot accuse physicians, and their

colleagues from other industries related to medicine, of bad faith. P = 0 is

registered only in five out of five dozen cases, so compliance with the

professional ethics is high, despite the low TIIT Index average rating of its

Respect for CUDOS (K). So is therefore culpable primarily by

external factors, however the field’s human resources can not be fully

absolved for this state of affairs. Zeros scored for A and I denote their

conscious departure from the Awareness of Objectives and sabotage of the

proficiency in the disciplines represented by them. Even if a formal

employment relationship or contract does not stipulate direction of operations

Page 48: Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204 4. Condition of

in accordance with PRAVDA, employees have right to draw attention of their

superiors to the fact, and these have a power of authority to reconsider the

validity of such complaints and in the right circumstances, if necessary, to

amend the relevant regulations. Unfortunately, in modern medicine such

situations are seldom on the agenda.

Glorious exceptions are so few that it looks like they are made for show only,

for political purposes or for the media, as these thrive on sensation. A classic

example here can be information publicised by all the tabloids about the first

in the world head transplant project, while zero information on progress of

genetics in the study of properties of proteins responsible for the natural

process of rebuilding the lost tissues by the body that has been achieved at the

same time. Apparently, option of regrowth of limbs and organs with the power

of our own organism is not taken into account by decision-makers on

developments in the field, regardless of the progress made by prominent

researchers in a given direction. In these circumstances looks like a

note of the highest recognition and TIIT Institute understands it exactly so.

Just a second decade of existence, and already 18 fully articulated fields of

nanotechnology is in operation, its achievements growing louder and louder

worldwide. TIIT Institute appreciates innovativeness in this field, which in

Page 49: Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204 4. Condition of

itself is a value and made it that all A, I and P values are maximal, with one

exception deserved, P = 0 for the nanoweapons. Nanotechnology is the

technology movement in the right direction, with immense potential, eg. for

the protection of the natural environment, because of its ability of introducing

drastic reductions or even elimination of the consumption of the planet’s

mineral resources. This area can contribute to the restructuring of the entire

science and technology with Energy, Computer Science and Medicine in the

first place. Nanotechnology is probably most fascinating because it is an

authentic portal to yet undiscovered dimension – the sub-optical one - referred

to by the Nine Volume Book of Knowledge, which is not less important for our

civilisation than interstellar space. Because of its size, it is very close to us, but

paradoxically, at this stage, not at all easier to penetrate, because our science is

not yet familiar with the Element , especially with the expansiveness of the

matter in all its dimensions, and therefore space as well. It is interesting if

nanotechnology finds technologies that will allow for observations of super

small particles, invisible even to the best electron microscopes, and even more

fascinating, find a way of our participating in the expansion of matter.

Such technology would allow for conducting trips in microcosms, which

would mean the disappearance of our optics, becoming genuinely invisible in

the process of contraction. Discoveries of this kind are the future of this field,

but only on condition that it quickly assimilates with all Elements of

PRAVDA.

The pride of the twentieth century, unfortunately, in the twenty-first century

domain turns out to be an anachronism. Hopes for nuclear technology,

unfortunately, have not been fulfilled. This science has proven that an

Page 50: Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204 4. Condition of

P For Heaven 83 4. Condition of Contemporary Science Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204

uninfominated knowledge can cause more harm and threats than good and

satisfaction. As a result of research conducted on photons by means of the

Hadron’s, nuclear physics actually stood at a crossroads.

It turned out that the speed of light is not constant, which although not

publicised, was quietly recognised, and today’s Nuclear Physics knows well

that it has not adequately researched a structure of matter and is forced to

work on new hypotheses. Meanwhile, new theories, such as eg. gaining more

and more popularity "dark matter" theory, only fragmentarily explain local

issues, and although in fact they are closer to PRAVDA, the whole of science

remains far from scientific consistency and precision.

It is expertly discussed by 'Copernicus' of our time, in His book ‘The Final

Theory’, recalling that Particle Physics overlooked entirely drawing

conclusions from the spontaneous appearance of photons in the vacuum, clear

evidence of the existence of matter’s expansiveness, consistent with the

ancient Vedic mention that in the PRAVDA structure developed by TIIT is

marked . TIIT Index is therefore deservedly low. In three cases, P

= 0, which indicates the program reluctance of these disciplines to respect the

principles of ethics, by continuing to develop technologies lethal for the planet

and its biosphere.

MISCELLANEOUS (MS)

This category includes domains, which in the TIIT Index evaluation do not

qualify as sciences, still, have a huge impact on a large number of members of

the general community. Along with education’s progress in the Information

Age, we will observe the collapse of these fields, but they pose a problem for

science by their misinterpretation of the results of scientific research and the

community’s being influenced by them. It will continue until the mass of the

uninformed society reaches the critical number.

The main infominating factor in this area is the ability of our brain to absorb

and interpret the data in context of the surrounding reality and to construct its

own worlds, often completely divorced from reality.

It is a positive thing as long as we perceive it as an exercise for stretching the

boundaries of our imagination, otherwise it is a nuisance to the harmonious

development of mankind and an infomination sword, and as such, it should be

subject to strict control regimes at all times.

Generally, the lowest rate of TIITX faithfully reproduces the field’s profile,

which today does not have much in common with science, except contribution

to the analysis of historical data, which requires knowledge of Statistics.

Astrology is the least infomination here, in the ancient past of the queen of

science and knowledge, without which no ruler has dared to sit on the throne.

This time, however, mankind has already passed, and the Occult’s former

position could only be restored by a wave of discoveries in Astronomy and

Solid State Physics, specifically in the event they would provide sufficient

data to reproduce the original content encoded in the disciplines included in

the Occult, and currently functioning as loose, exoticly tinted stories divorced

from reality. That is a possibility, because the origin of these domains, albeit

shrouded in the past, once must have had a very strong rational basis in the

authentic tales passed by real characters, describing real events based on

truthful data, that is aligned with PRAVDA. One can easily imagine a situation

in which interpretational distortions and accretions could eventually be

desinfominated by means of correcting on the basis of fresh and reliable

information, and then we would see this field in the light restoring it its former

glory. TIIT wishes researchers success on this road and follows the progress

with interest.

Here one can find some more rationality in the approach to the subject of

research, but in general is not a sufficient outcome, as in the case of

the Occult, and, like there, an analysis of the reasons for this state of affairs

shows all analogies discussed there. Parascience, as the name suggests, is not a

science, by definition, what TIIT said the low level of R, resulting from poor

quality workshop. In almost half of the cases K is of the minimum value,

which means that the condition of ethics in this field is poor, so the overall

result is not surprising. Like Astrology, and Alchemy, it was also a great

scientific field in distant past, and just as in the previous cases, all its splendor

went into oblivion. Parascience, like the Occult, can count on its revival only

in the event when the latest from science delivers fresh data, based on which

restoring this domain as a science would be possible. It cannot be ruled out

that the information, currently ill, or even mistakenly interpreted, in the light

of the valuable information obtained with scientific methods could become a

SOCIOLOGY OF RELIGION MS3(6) 3[3,1,0] 1[3,0]=3 TIIT1

Theology is a field examining various aspects of the phenomenon of religion,

but its roots date back to a glorious past in which religion was a science. There

was no science in ancient times in our understanding. There was Veda, the

Knowledge from our Heavenly Ancestors, Pol Lyelis, the Giants, lit. Children

of God in Heaven, being passed authoritatively on communities by Pol Lyelis,

the Giants human delegates, who chose certain interpretations of reality in

their philosophical systems, as recommended by their senior mentors, and

becoming spiritual leaders. A specialised scientific activity in our sense was

unknown so the researchers at the same time had become priests in shrines,

which were at the same time schools and meeting places of professionals of all

specialisations. Regular lectures in these educational educational centers

transformed into local cults and, over time, naturally into religious systems of

universal influence. At the early civilisation stage of a small human

community, the leaders' teachings were adopted in the belief that as the

genetic descendants of our civilisation's founders, Pol Lyelis, also known

collectively as the Paljakas or the Ninebhas, these sages knew in depth the

principles of the Truth, or the Knowledge of the Nine, and the world is not for

them. mystery. as their philosophies kept turning into local cults and then in

larger religious systems. It was enough at the early civilisation stage of a small

human community. Education of the laders was then accepted in the belief that

as the genetic descendants of our civilisation's founders, Pol Lyelis, also

known as the Palyaks, or The Heavenly Ones, these sages knew in depth the

principles of PRAVDA. the Truth, or the Knowledge of the Heavenly Ones,

and the world is not a mystery to them. they know the principles of Truth,

PRAVDA ie, Knowledge of the Heavenly Ones. Unfortunately, the habit of

accepting their teachings by faith, especially without observing the principle

of CUDOS's skepticism, has caused the teachings of these leaders to fossilise

in the form of dogmas. Faced with the contradictions of these dogmas in

confrontation with reality, encountered by societies with growing intensity in

the process of their development, the only solution was to create more and

more new teaching systems, the dogmatism becoming stronger as the leaders

were less familiar with the source of PRAVDA. In this way, in the course of

history, the tradition of religious cults came into being, having no relationship

with scientific activity at all. Paradoxically, in the philosophical systems

centered around Tibet, the most consistently adhering to the Vedic definition

of PRAVDA, which is consistently understood there as the Para Veda, the

Celestial Knowledge, CUDOS principles are fully respected exemplarily, and

even religions based on Vedism, ie. Buddism, allow the use of skepticism,

bestowing the highest respect to the Element of . In these systems, the chief

invocation is not "Pray!", being asking for help by the helplessness against the

vastness of the the Celestial Knowledge, but "Think!", put down in the

Heavenly Languages as "Um!", in others "Om!", "Ohm!" e.t.c.

Each of the emerging "sciences" dogmatically usurped the right to an

exclusive knowledge of PRAVDA and called itself "science", failing to realise

though that the moment it broke the CUDOS rule, it was not one any longer.

This custom we observe in all the major religions of the world, and these are

the philosophical systems created as a result of the rebellion against the

descendants of Pol Lyelis, which took place in the Levant millennium ago.

This resulted in the departure of a large part of our civilisation from the

Vedism, resulting in the emergence of movements and philosophies that usurp

the conscience of PRAVDA, the Truth, and called their teachings 'religions'.

For these reasons, the status of religion nowhere in the world bears the mark

of scientific activity, and therefore, from the scientific field to which Theology

has been qualified, only Comparative Religious Studies can be considered in

this respect. It received the highest rating, , which is a distinction

compared to other disciplines of this field and a proof of recognition of its

contribution to science. It is also the only field where the TIIT Indices, A, I

and P, reach the maximum, which means a professional correctness here in

every respect. The low rating of R = 3 for the field's proficiency is a result of

Page 55: Scan No. 0000011410755710213404204 4. Condition of

negligible authority of the religious studies, and specifically its inability or the

incapability to forward the results of its investigations to global community. It

is also a message from Theology as a discipline of knowledge, which is

hereby settled.

In conclusion it needs to be mentioned, that the present condition of science is

highly unsatisfactory, and that in most cases scientists themselves led to the

depreciation of their fields. The license abuse is widespread in this

environment, while in the Information Age, in which verification of

information on a regular basis is no longer a problem, an explanation that a

research, or study, was conducted using "scientific methods", no longer

suffices. The results of the revision of the state of science obtained here based

on the methodology developed especially for this purpose, clearly shows that

the term "science" is no longer adequate, and has devalued in the process of

notorious abuses. Our civilisation is now stuck in this point and nothing

indicates to any revolutionary changes. Despite the multitude of technologies

and significant advancement of today's science, its condition is deplorable,

because we still do not sufficiently respect the Elements , and thus are

completely unaware of PRAVDA, and until this is changed, as a

civilization…And now is the time to answer the question above:

Where is then our civilisation put in this context?

We are running in small circles.
