The BD5 is a high-performance pump and depositing

machine that deposits your products with great

accuracy. This BD Depositor is easy to handle and is

easily movable on swivel casters.

Depositing is done directly from a mixing bowl, container

or pail. This means no more time-consuming filling of

a hopper. Hygiene is an important topic for Bakon, so a

great deal of attention has been paid to the machine's

cleanability. The BD5 processes all kinds of (semi)-liquid

masses, is equipped with a hose and handgun and is

therefore extremely suitable for producing individual

products such as muffins, cupcakes, dessert, etc.

The BD5 is quickly ready for use and easy to operate. Simply place

the product-filled container, bowl or pail underneath the machine,

use the pneumatic height setting to lower the suction tube and the

BD5 is ready for depositing.

The BD5 is equipped with a handgun and is therefore very suitable

for the depositing of individual products.
