 SCADA BASED INDUSTRIAL MONITORING AND CONTROL SYSTEM Abstract: In numerous industrial fields it is necessary to record the parameter variations to which a  product is subjected, in cases where, depending on circumstances, one or more variations or the overstepping of predetermined Parameter could make the product unsuitable for subsequent use. Such device has many applications. One crucial application is to monitor and control a proces s where fluids have to be handles at certain predefined conditi ons like temperature and pressure control is necessary. The project design consists of a microcontroller which is connected with a Parametrs sensing devices. The data collected from the sensors are given to the signal conditioning system for proper modification of the signal so that the controller can process the data. The collected information is then passed on to the computer which will be interface to the microcontroller. If the measured parameters Goes above the set point or critical values, then proper action will be taken by the control unit, and the parameters data will be recorded in EEPROM Block Diagram:
