The E-Portal is the online information and ordering platform from Savio India Limited
containing customized and machine-specific spare parts data. The portal allows for transparent
flow of information, simplifies the ordering process and increases the efficiency of our spare
parts.
With our E-Portal, searching for spare parts is fast and easy... You can transfer product
information to your internal purchasing catalogue or ERP system and manage ordering processes

2 E Portal Operation Steps for E-Portal Access inside of Savio Network
1. Open any Browser2. Type http://192.168.13.25/Spares in address bar3. Automatically open Login Page4. Type User Name & Password5. User needs to logout when Customers will finish their work in E portal. 6. It’s working for all browsers.

2.1 Login
∑ User ID & Password Savio India Ltd Team will provide to spare parts Customers, ifcustomers’ user name & password do not have.
∑ User Name & Password should be in correct manner. ∑ Otherwise it won’t connect. Customers need to request Savio India ltd. The administrator
has all the information about all the users and about all products. Admin can restrict a Customer from managing the orders by blocking them.

2.3 Cart PageWhen the customer clicks the sales order main menu the sub menus will be displayed as
shown as the below webpage. Customer can select the appropriate link.
Customer can add the desired spare parts into his cart by clicking Enquiry option on the Cart page .Here the Customer enters the machine serial no, catalogue/Tab number, Position number, Part code number & Required Quantity with their contact details.
* Note: Machine serial number should not exceed 10 digits, Part Code number should not exceed 14 digits & Quantity must be greater than Zero.

2.3.1 Pending Cart Page
Pending Cart page:It will display the detailed Pending cart enquiries of the Customer.
2.3.2 In completed Cart Page
Incompleted Cart page:This page will display the partially incompleted offered items

2.3.3 Completed Cart Page
This page will display the completely offered items of the customer.
2.3.4 Canceled Cart Page
Here the customer can view their canceled cart which was canceled by administrator due to item wrongly entered or item unavailability.

2.4 Offer Page
Customer can view their offer details against cart which was generated by the administrator and also customer clicks the offer link to check their offer against their cart.

2.5 Sale Order Page
When the user clicks the Sales order main menu. The following sub menus are displayed s shown as below page.
2.5.1 New Sale Order Page
Customers' information could be tracked easily from their database rapidly if they are regular customers. Here the customer creates the new sale order against offer generated by the administrator.
* Note: Multiple offers can also created as one order

If the Customer Clicks the Order Link Button Which is stated as Red Circle then the Web page will be shown as below.
Here the customer select any offer no and click add button and then click the Viewbutton then their selected sale order will be displayed as same as the following Page.
2.5.2 Sale Order Pending PageThis page will display the pending sale order details and customer clicks the order link to
preview their Pending Sale Order Details.

Report of Sales order Acceptance
2.6 Sale Invoice PageAfter sale order accepted by the customer, Payment, Sales invoice & Dispatch Advice
will be generated by the administrator. The Customer can view the Orders which are generated by the customers after that can verify the details of the Sale Invoice.
*Note: Customer can able to see the report of Sales invoice and Dispatch Advice
