The contest is a small means of recognizing you for your first hand contributions to Savanna’s mandate to give back to the communities in which we work so… In 2011, if you donate a minimum of eight (8) hours to a charitable organization you are eligible to enter a draw for a travel voucher! Please see below for details. HOW? A minimum of eight (8) hours of volunteer work with a community or charitable organization or a not-for-profit society (i.e. community hockey team; SPCA; Women-in-Need Shelter; Scouts; Food-Bank; Mustard Seed Street Church) gets you an entry. One entry per person per draw (minimum 8 hours of volunteer time per draw). Volunteer hours above 8, although extremely valuable, will not be given additional entries. **PLEASE NOTE:

1) This contest is separate from Savanna’s Charitable Support Policy. 2) If volunteer hours are performed during working hours, PTO time must be

used. WHO? All Savanna employees from all countries are eligible to enter. ENTRY FORM: To enter, please fill out the PDF entry form provided. The form will also be available on Savnet on the home page under “Savanna Announcements”. Fill in all the required fields and have a representative from the charity or organization sign your form. 1) Mail-in entry forms stamped received after July 31, 2011 for the August 1 draw, and November 30, 2011 for the December 1 draw will not be eligible.

PRIZES: There will be a total of two (2) draws for a vacation gift certificate, one per draw. Each employee may enter in both draws but only one entry per draw and the same eight hours may not be used for both draws. Therefore, in order to be eligible for both draws, a minimum of 16 hours of volunteer work must be completed. Draws will be held August 1, 2011 and December 1, 2011. PHOTOS: If possible, please take a photo of yourself in action! We will post all photos received in the Rig-n-Dig. DEFINITIONS In order to be eligible for the contest, volunteer time must: • Align with Savanna’s vision and values. • Be donated to a registered charity/organization, not-for-profit, or community or club within the countries in which Savanna operates, meeting legal and regulatory standards and or requirements. • Contribute to sustainable development or community welfare within the communities in which we operate.
