Participants will be taught the necessary discipline and respect while using simple body mechanics, leverage, and momentum to control an opponent with efficiency and minimal effort! Wed: 5:30pm - ages 5-14 Kickball: 45 minutes This program for girls and boys will get kids up and moving while playing this classic playground game! Mon: 1:00pm - ages 3-5 Tue: 6:00pm - ages 6-8 Gymboree: 45 minutes Children will enjoy a series of obstacle courses, relay races, and other active challenges focused around exercise in a fun and energetic environment! Wed: 11:00am - ages 2-5 Sat: 9:00am - ages 2-5 Mini All Stars: 45 minutes This class will offer a new sport each week! Tue: 11:00am - ages 2-5 Fri: 11:00am - ages 2-5 Flag Football: 45 minutes This class will demonstrate the necessary skills needed to play football. Participants will engage in fun and exciting drills and games that will foster a love for football! Mon: 5:00pm - ages 5-7 Soccer Skills & Drills Clinic Series: 45 minutes Each clinic will include a group warm-up followed by skill-building scrimmages. Tue: 5:00pm - ages 4-6 Lacrosse Sticks & Skills: 45 minutes Each clinic will include a group warm-up followed by skill-building scrimmages. Thu: 1:00pm - ages 4-6 Basketball Skills & Drills Clinic Series: 45 minutes Participants will learn the rules and fundamentals of the game! Tue: 1:00pm - ages 3-5 Thu: 5:00pm - ages 4-6 Thu: 6:00pm - ages 7-10 Outdoor Youth Soccer: 45 minutes Each week’s clinic will include a group warm-up followed by skill-building scrimmages. Learn the fundamentals of the game! Sat: 11:15am - ages 6-9 Itty Bitty Baseball League: 60 minutes F: $60 M: $90 N: $120 In this boys and girls t-ball/coach pitch baseball program, children learn the game techniques in a fun and non-competitive atmosphere. Hop Skip Read: 45 minutes A fun interactive time where you will run, hop, skip and jump through games that will develop gross motor skills. Class each week will end with a story!

Archery: 45 minutesChildren will learn the basics of archery including how to play properly and safely use a bow and arrow at our archery range!

Big Builders: 45 minutesUse Legos, blocks, popsicle sticks and other materials to build and create different structures every week!

Outdoor Adventure Club: 45 minutesChildren will take to the outdoors as they hike, climb and explore! They will learn about local animal and plant life as they explore the property.

Baby Ballerinas: 45 minutesThis structured class enhances coordination, develops listening skills and places emphasis on balance, fitness, flexibility through a combination of dance and gymnastics.

Healthy Kids Kitchen: 45 minutesIn this crafts program, children will learn the fundamentals of cooking including kitchen safety and eating habits along with creating exciting art projects. *We may not always be able to accommodate all types of food allergies.

Little Picasso’s: 45 minutesChildren will receive various supplies to allow for creative thinking and inspire their artistic skills.

Lift Heavy, Look Lean: 60 minutesF: $140 M: $180 N: $265This class will teach you strategies for getting cut and lean using free weights, barbells and bodyweight exercises. Includes 2 workouts per week with a Certified Personal Trainer. Before and after pictures and 2 body composition measurements at the start and end of the session are included. ($50 value!)

Y-Fit Bootcamp: 30 minutes M: $60 N: $80This class will offer a fusion of different exercise techniques geared towards shredding body fat and improving muscular endurance.
