TRAINING The American College of Orgonomy is now accepting applications for the next Introductory Didactic Course in Medical and Social Orgonomy. Starting date to be announced. To request an application email the ACO at [email protected] or call (732) 821-1144.

ABOUT OUR TRAINING PROGRAMSThe ACO, the only organization in the world with an ongoing, comprehensive Medical Orgonomy Training Program, has been training physicians for almost 50 years in orgone therapy as developed by Dr. Wilhelm Reich. The Advanced Technical Seminar is, in fact, historically a direct continuation of the Technical Seminar of the Vienna Psychoanalytic Society led by Wilhelm Reich starting in 1924 in which he developed character analysis.

The ACO’s Social Orgonomy Training Program offers training in the application of orgonomic principles within the social realm to practitioners in fields such as psychology, social work, nursing, marital and family therapy, and organizational development. Others participants not engaged in providing therapy may apply the knowledge of social orgonomy to a wide range of fields such as teaching, administration, politics, writing, business, the law, management, etc.

The Journal of Orgonomy has been published semi-annually by the American College of Orgonomy Press since 1967. The Journal contains a rich collection of articles that follow developments in the sciences of medical, social, biological and physical orgonomy, and there are many case studies describing the treatment of individual patients with medical orgone therapy. Other articles address how orgonomic principles can be applied to everyday life and its challenges such as raising healthy children, teen drug use, and love, marital and work relationships. The articles are written so that they are accessible to medical and non-medical audiences alike and give readers a point of view that is as unique as it is valuable.

Most subscribers keep all issues and consider them an excellent addition to their reference library and a legacy that can be passed down to future generations.
