Attention: Year 8 FamiliesWe are looking for donations and assistance to make the Indian Stall a huge success this year. Would you please review our requests and assist where you are able?

Donations required• 20kg bag of basmati rice (approx. $45 full or part cash donation)• Packet of papadums (approx. $30 full or part cash donation)• Indian curry pastes (4 x $10 each)• 15kg of beef or a cash contribution towards meat• 15kg of lamb or a cash contribution towards meat

Cooking• One person to make raita (ingredients and recipe supplied)• Cook beef korma (ingredients and recipe supplied, drop off frozen or fresh on Saturday 18 March at 12 noon. Will be cooking 15kg of beef so can be split between more than one person).• Cook lamb rogan josh (ingredients and recipe supplied, drop off frozen or fresh on Saturday 18 March at 12 noon. Will be cooking 15kg of lamb so can be split between more than one person).• NB. We will supply the containers for you to store your dish and bring it to school.

Attention: Year 9 FamiliesAs many of the items we require are ordered through suppliers in bulk, and most require refrigeration, we felt that the logistics of asking for groceries items is very complicated. So, this year, in order for our stall to be as profitable as possible for our school, we are asking for cash donations to put toward the cost of our supplies.

If you are happy to make a donation – of ANY amount, please place your money in an envelope with your child’s name and ‘Greek Food Stall’ clearly written on the front and deliver to Vicki Lamb in the middle school office.Thank you in anticipation of your support.
