COLLECTION & PRODUCTION

• Cord blood and placentas are collected from consenting donors• All donors are screened for transmissible diseases, including:

• HIV• HTLV• Hepatitis B & C• Syphilis• CMV

• Serum isolated by Aseptic Technique, filter sterilized, diluted and bottled• Sample of every batch is sent microbial cultures:

• Aerobic • Anaerobic• Fungal

• Stored frozen at -80°C, 2 year shelf life
