How to access ScholarLMS, the SATF online course platform

THIS GUIDE WILL HELP WITH:

For questions about your specific course, please refer to your course

welcome email. This has the information for the individual SATF staff

member/program that will be assisting you with discipline-specific

technical assistance questions.

STEP ONE: YOUR LOGIN INFO

The email address that you registered with.

The temporary passcode "12345" (you will

change this passcode after logging in).

Oregon SATF utilizes ScholarLMS, an online course

platform, to offer our trainings. When you register

for an online course with SATF, we create a unique

user profile for you in our system. This profile is only

accessible to you.

To login to our platform, you will need:

STEP TWO: ACCESSING THESCHOLARLMS PLATFORM

Click this link https://oregonsatf.scholarlms.com

Enter your username (your email address) and

the temporary password (12345) in the "LOGIN"

box on the right side of the page (look under

"Already have an account?").

Please follow these steps to access our course

library (SATF course offerings) in ScholarLMS:

You do not need to create a new account.

Doing so will lock you out of the course, and delay

your ability to start.

STEP THREE: SELECT YOUR COURSE

After logging in, look for the course you

registered for in the Course Library (For example:

if you registered for the SANE Connect course, look

for "SANE Connect" in the course library).

The photo listed above this description is how many

users see our course navigation menu. Depending

on your internet browser and computer settings, you

may also see a list view of our course menu.

STEP THREE: SELECT YOUR COURSE

The photo you see above this description is what

the "cover" looks like for SATF Courses.

Each course will have a different cover. Campus

Program courses have the pen/paper photo (like

the example above). SANE courses feature a

stethoscope. Look for your course cover by browsing

through the library.

STEP FOUR: BEGINNINGYOUR ONLINE TRAINING

Click the "Start Here: Introduction to Your

Online Course" lesson listed on your homepage.

View the PowerPoint and any videos in the

welcome lesson.

After successfully logging into ScholarLMS and

choosing your course, your screen should look

similar to the example above.
