ADVISORS!
Advisors are now trying to catch students earlier using the Academic Standards from the Registrar’s Office to help students that are struggling.
Advisors meet with these students that are in a Probation, Approved Suspended or approved Disqualified academic status.
This should help Financial Aid as these students will receive help prior to having an unsatisfactory status for those on probation and should help with maximum time frame as they are getting on the correct path earlier.

SOMETHING NEW!
Advising Services are now notified about struggling students at midterm!
Advisors are asked to contact students with a GPA below a 2.0 at midterm to help with tutoring and advising for classes the student
may be struggling in.
Advisors are also sent a list of students that are close to reaching Maximum Time Frame Status!
Advisors are asked to contact students that have reached 88% of their program to make sure they are on track to graduate before
they reach 150% of their program.
