परियोजना – 2 भारतीय ऐततहातसक इमारत ंमें से तकन्ही 10 इमारत ंद्वारा तित्र ंसतहत एक संुिर

व आकतर्षित सा िाटि तैयार कीतजए।

As our honourable Prime Minister Mr. MODI in his last address to the nation has emphasized on MAKE IN INDIA (GO VOCAL ABOUT LOCAL) i.e. making India an independent nation so we should switch to our homemade productions. As today students our tomorrow future so keeping in mind the vision of our prime minister we have planned the holidays homework accordingly. 1)The students will do a survey on telephone( from friends,neighbours and relatives of about 25 families ) on the brand of any one electronic used (could be TV,REFRIGERATOR,MOBILE,LAPTOP etc) and notedown whether that is made in INDIA or ABROAD. Procedure- a) Collect the data b) Organize the data c) Make frequency table d) Make related pictograph 2) Find out atleast 5 Indian vedic mathematics techniques for faster calculations. 3) Make the following project from 3 dimensional shapes

SOCIAL SCIENCE

The contribution of Ancient India to the global world is uncountable. The two famous cities of

India’s history, Mohenjo-Daro and Harappa have played an important role in the knowledge of

Indian civilization. These cities were well planned with wide and straight streets built with brick

houses. These cities also had systematic drainage and sewer system.

India has contributed immensely to the architecture of the world. From caves, temples and mosques to palaces and stupas, India boasts an architectural diversity like no other country in the world. This

incredibly rich heritage has developed over nearly 4000 years, during which time India absorbed many

different political, religious and artistic influences.

Based on the above information choose one of the following topic for making project.

INTEGRATING ART WITH SOCIAL SCIENCE – This term our endeavor is to integrate art with social science. Major theme in the social science is to

understand culture. Societies around the world express culture –through arts with dance, music, drama,

and visual products. The visual and performing arts help children reach content understanding while

being immersed in the creation of an art form. Students will have the opportunity to express their

understanding of the concept through art. Ultimately they have a deeper understanding of themselves.

These art projects will also be used for Art exhibitions

GENERAL INSTRUCTION

1. Label your project clearly.

2. Use material available at home.

3. Make your project presentable and attractive for display.

4. Students may take help of internet, newspapers, magazines, to collect information

and pictures.

5. Projects can be done on A4 and A3 sheets and properly filed in a handmade folder

or an extra folder at home.

MATERIAL REQUIRED

1. A3 sheets ruled or blank or newspaper could be used and properly painted for a clear surface

2. Sketch pens or colored pens 3. Pencil colors / crayons for making the project attractive.

OPTION I- Mention any five contribution India has made to the world. These contribution

could be pertaining to any field medicine, textile, education, astronomy etc. Draw or paste

pictures of the same.

PROCEDURE:

On an A3 sheet mention any five contribution India has made to the world. You may use and paste the items from your home for which India is a world known

producer and the manufacturer such as Cotton, spices, any kind of medicine.

Paste these items on an A3 sheet neatly.

Write few lines to explain anything about that particular contribution. It may include a story behind how India found or discovered it , the era to which it belonged or any

interesting fact that that is worth sharing.

File these A3 sheets in a handmade folder or you may use any folder available at home and decorate it

For Example- India gave the world AYURVEDA

You may paste any ayurveda medicine that might be available at home on an A3 sheet or find its picture from a magazine and explain how it was founded or any interesting fact related to it

FACT- India is known for its traditional medicinal systems—Ayurveda, Siddha, and Unani.

Medical systems are found mentioned even in the ancient Vedas and other scriptures. The

Ayurvedic concept appeared and developed between 2500 and 500 BC in India . The literal

meaning of Ayurveda is “science of life,” because ancient Indian system of health care focused

on views of man and his illness. It has been pointed out that the positive health means

metabolically well-balanced human beings. Ayurveda is also called the “science of longevity”

because it offers a complete system to live a long healthy life.

OPTION II- Your friend is visiting you from a foreign country. He is interested in visiting

the magnificent monuments of India and learn amazing facts about their architecture. List

any five monuments you would like to tell him about and explain these five monuments

based on the following.

I. Highlight the special features of these monuments. II. Mention to which dynasty they belonged to. III. Paste or draw pictures to explain the architectural wonder of these monuments.

PROCEDURE-

On a ruled or a blank A4 sheet list the monuments with historical importance or which are an architecture wonder.

You can draw them, color them or use their pictures from internet or paste it using different magazines or newspapers.

You must highlight their special features, specify the dynasty they belonged to and also furnish interesting facts about the same.

भारत में बनने वाले यातायात के साधन ंके तित्र इकटे्ठ कीतजए और एक िाटि पर तिपकाकर उनके नाम

संसृ्कत में तलखकर एक संुिर सा िाटि तैयार कीतजए।

भारत के अलग अलग प्रान् ंमें पहनी जाने वाली वेशभूर्षाओ ंसंबंधी क ई 10 फै्लश कार्ि तैयार कीतजए

तजसमे प्रांत का नाम,वहाँ की स्जिय ं और पुरुर्ष ंद्वारा पहनी जाने वाली वेर्षभूर्षा का नाम और उसका तित्र

ह ,सभी कुछ संसृ्कत में तलखा ह ना िातहए। एक फै्लश कार्ि पर एक ही प्रांत की वेर्षभूर्षा की जानकारी

ह नी िातहए।

COMPUTER

2. Explain in detail 5 Indian Applications or Apps used for Money Transaction like Google Pay, Paytm etc.(Do in MS-Word)
