• At-Grade element still being studied
60-80 feet high viaduct starts at Scott Blvd. or I-880, aerial Diridon Station, viaduct follows I-280/SR87 corridors to West Alma Ave.

Viaduct At-Grade
• In Monterey median • 60-80 feet high• No road grade separations• Minimizes utilities disturbance• More usable space under viaduct
• Adjacent to UPRR• Major roadway crossings would
be grade separated• Monterey lowered 30 feet at
grade separations• Some minor roadway crossings
would be closed • Includes intrusion barrier
At-grade through Communication Hill, transitions to viaduct in median of Monterey or continues at-grade east of UPRR to Coyote Creek Park.
