A Investment Plan: High Priority Needs1 You would like to arrange funds (Rs 1,000,000 in today's terms) for Lavanya's graduation by the time
she turns 18. You need to invest Rs 5,171/- per month starting now.
2 You would like to arrange funds (Rs 500,000 in today's terms) for Lavanya's marriage by the time she
turns 25. You need to invest Rs 1,296/- per month starting now.
3 You would like to arrange corpus for your life after retirement at 60 and you would like to maintain
the same lifestyle as is prior to retirement. You need a corpus of Rs 2,71,39,168/- by the time you turn
60 and you need to invest Rs 11,090/- per month starting now.
B Investment Plan: Medium Priority Needs4 You would like to arrange funds (Rs 500,000 in today's terms) for any old-age illness after 25 years
from now. You need to invest Rs 818/- per month starting now.
C Investment Plan: Low Priority Needs5 You would like to arrange funds (Rs 300,000 in today's terms) for an international vacation with your
family after 5 years from now. You need to invest Rs 4,838/- per month starting now.
D Insurance Plan6 In addition to your current assets/investments, you need to have a life insurance cover for Rs

a Family Floater policy with a cover of Rs 300,000/- is recommended for your family size. This must be
in addition to the cover provided by your employer, as employer cover ceases once you leave the job
termporarily or permanently.
