Dear Ditte, I hereby present to you the required documents that you will need to acquire a Non-Immigrant O- Visa to Thailand.

a. Acceptance Note. Please kindly use the Acceptance Note attached here for visa application purposes. Note that when you go to the Embassy, you will be asked what you are going to do etc. Please kindly inform them that you are an AIESEC Thailand Volunteer and so you are coming to Volunteer with AIESEC Thailand Association. This is simply because if you mention Employment, then it is all together a different process. As AIESEC, we are registered as an NGO and so all our interns are considered volunteers. So please do not mention anything like employment and only use this TN AN.

b. AIESEC 4 registration documents. I have attached the AIESEC Thailand registration documents i.e license, board of directors, registration certificate. ID copy.

c. AIESEC’s office mapd. Invitation Letter from AIESEC in Thailand

The Embassy will also require you for your return flight, copies of your passport and may be some other information, I suggest you to find out.
