Walk into any classroom at the I Can Kids, Inc. site 21st CCLC After

School Programs and you will see students actively engaged in homework

completion, project based learning, Science, Technology, Engineering,

Art, and Math Activities (STEAM). Serving grades K-5 Sampit & An-

drews Elmentary(60+ students) and grades 6-8 (40 students Rosemary

Middle School).

“Going Green: Recycling Center Experience”

Andrews Elementary students experienced nature and its

specialties at the Georgetown County Recycling Center

during the Summer.

The Going Green Project Theme focused on nature, such

as pollution, planting, natural resources, and specific spe-

cies.

This field trip added a greater experience for the students!

Many books were read to students this summer. Stu-

dents read about plants, vegetables and other natural

resources.

Congratulations to students that successfully completed the Summer

2016 I Can Kids, Inc. 21st CCLC Afterschool Program. As a part of our

appreciation, I Can Kids, Inc. hosted a “Water Day” that included fun

games/activities, and great food at Rosemary Middle School for listed

accomplishments:
