Use this guide to easily quote new business using the Sales Automation Management (SAM) quoting tool.

Fill in all required information on group, company name, ZIP code, effective date, etc. Make sure everything under Owner Assignment is filled in and then click Continue.

Make sure all questions are answered.

Upload the SAM enrollment spreadsheet or add employees one at a time with their dependents and enrolling status. Once all members are loaded, click Continue.
