2018 Annual Conference The Peninsula-Delaware Conference will celebrate their annual conference at UMES in Princess Anne, Maryland on May 31-June 2, 2018. The Theme will be: Leading as Followers of the Way

On Feb. 18, a team of six men from Nelsons Memorial Church and St. Paul's the Uprising in Hebron departed for Haiti where they spent a week constructing a roof for the parsonage of The Church at Banda Chita. We trust it will bless the church and the clergy family for many years to come.

Confirmation Rally March 24, 2018 Who: Youth participating in Confirmation in their local churches What: A Pokemon Go! themed experience to learn about the evolving process of salvation, the power of spiritual gifts, the energy of spiritual disciplines, and the gift of the sacraments, in addition to some of the history of Methodism on the Delmarva Peninsula. When: Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 10 a.m. to noon, with registra-tion between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. Where: Barratt’s Chapel 6362 Bay Road, Fredericka, DE 19946 Why: To gather with other youth in an historic chapel to learn and grow together!

Free Health Screenings Peninsula Regional Medical Center’s Wellness Van is on-site at Salisbury Urban Ministries, 326 Barclay St, Salisbury, Maryland the 1st Thursday of each month from 10 AM – 1 PM. A nurse practitioner offers to low income individuals living in the tri-county area a variety of free health screenings. If you know of a family member, neighbor, or church member who is struggling to meet their health care needs, encour-age them to visit the Wellness Van. For additional locations and dates to seek these services, contact Salisbury Urban Ministries, 410-749-1563.

Pecometh Day Save the date for Pecometh Day, held this year on Saturday, April 28th from 11am-3pm! It's a perfect chance to see Pecometh for the first time and hear about our Summer Camp program, or come back to camp to revisit familiar sites and see familiar faces. Bring a group from your church to tour our camp. Free activities include open house tours, games, hayrides, and exhibits. Entertainers and exhibiters include balloon artist Steve the Balloon Guy, The Church Hill Volunteer Fire Company, Birds of Prey from the Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center, and music. Plus, one lucky winner will win EITHER a $150 or $300 campership for summer camp at Pecometh!
