Arc des Anges Vermentino Sauvignon Blanc £11.50From the south of France, this wine is blend of two grape varieties: Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc. It is light bodied, refreshing and crisp, with zesty citrus fruit flavours.

Citta dei Ponti Pinot Grigio della Venezie £12.00A pale yellow Pinot Grigio with a delicate and fruity bouquet. Refreshing lemon flavour and hints of green apples on the finish.

Tokomaru Bay Sauvignon Blanc £15.50A sophisticated classic Sauvignon Blanc with intense aromas of ripe tropical fruit and hintsof gooseberries, accompanied by vibrant acidity and a clean finish.

Rose Wines

To avoid any disappointment, please take a moment to read through our booking terms and conditions before making your hospitality request.

SALFOOD is the University’s chosen provider of hospitality and catering across all campuses. The use of external caterers is not encouraged.

Before booking any hospitality, we ask that you ensure that the room you hope to use is available and is suitable for the consumption of food. It is your responsibility to ensure tables and sufficient area of space has been set up ready for the delivery of your Hospitality order.

It also helps us enormously if you can state when the room will be available for us to clear.

The food options in the brochure are for service and delivery between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. A member of our team will be happy to discuss possible options if your request falls outside of these hours. Charges may apply.

If your ordering our buffet we will require 72hours notice as we will need order fresh produce.

Labour costs may apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional equipment costs may apply. All equipment not returned will be charged at cost price.

Water (750ml) will be delivered in a branded SALFOOD water bottle and food served on equipment such as boards and slates. These must be returned otherwise you will be charged.

The layout of certain buildings may, for health and safety reasons, restrict the service we can offer, and it may be necessary for a ‘disposable’ service to be used. Likewise, building and maintenance works throughout the University may cause disruptions to our ability to deliver hospitality at certain times.

We will advise at the time of booking.

There is a minimum cover charge of £22.50 for all food deliveries.

All food is for immediate consumption.

Cancellations made on the day will be charged in full.

The hospitality equipment delivered must stay in the room, and missing pieces of equipment will be charged for.

All tariffs are per person and exclude VAT at the current rate.
