Appraising 90% of all customer trades. Desking car deals. Obtaining financing for the majority of all deals. Negotiating and closing deals for sales associates multiple times daily. Ensuring stipulations on bank deals reach our lenders to ensure funding as needed. Establishing new relationships with lending buyers. Pursuing alternate lending sources within CUDL and CUDC. Being the sole manager running the dealership during other managers scheduled holidays and days/weeks off. Being the sole manager running the North Avenue location every Thursday. Ensuring that 80-90% of all customers do not leave the dealership without being spoken to by myself or another manager. Implementing and successfully managing our BDC / Internet department. Handling problematic customers as needed. Inventory arrangement. Training all new sales associates. Training sales associates and management on Dealersocket. Handling the advertisements for Nickel and Wheels and Deals as needed.

Sales Manager Responsibilities
