    Sales and Business Development Director:

    Job Description:

    Reports to: Managing Director

    Summary:Shall be directly responsible in generating and sustaining pipeline and revenues for all the business units within the

    organization; Managed Services, Consulting and Academy. He/She should provide leadership and coordination of

    Kaisas Sales, Marketing and Business Development functions.

    Primary Responsibility:

    1. Align Sales, Marketing and Business Development plans with companys overall strategy.2. Identification and execution of strategies required to develop business areas and associated

    business areas

    3. Identify and create alliances and/or channels with industry players that will help in the fulfillmentof the identified business and sales strategies.

    4. Research, and develop strategies and plans which identify sales opportunities, new revenuesources and project development.

    5. Analyze and evaluate the effectives of sales, methodology, costs and results.6. Directly manage major and critical developing/existing client account and coordinate the

    management of all the other accounts.

    7. Supervise the planning and development of company marketing nad communication materials.8. Represent the company at various IT and/or business meetings to promote the company.9. Supervise the preparation, issuance and delivery of marketing materials, exhibits10. Direct, manage, coordinate and implement company sales, marketing and business development

    functions.

    11. Find and/or Create opportunities on identified industry focus.12. Find and/or Create opportunities on other segments that can contribute to the growth of the

    company.

    13. Positioning of service/product offerings to fulfill the Business Units targets.14. Development of significant network of high level influencers in client organization.15. Strategize and implement marketing plans and initiatives16. Ensures sales team morale, development and succession plans17. Strategizes with other business units for innovative services (new product lines) to offer to the

    market18. Manages small to large sized projects bids and manages the transition from acceptance to project

    initiation

    19. Assist Project Manager in maintaining alignment of project implementations with client strategicintent

    20. Arbitrates key issues between onsite Kaisa Team and Kaisa Management for highpriority/visibility issues that threaten the Kaisa/Client relationship or have been escalated to Client

    Senior Management.

    21. Assist Project Manager/Practice Manager/Practice Director/ Unit Heads in resource negotiationproceedings

    22. Assist Project Manager/Practice Manager/Practice Director/ Unit Heads in developing anddelivering key negotiation strategies where risks mitigation fails or proves insufficient to remedy

    failures due to product issues or change in Kaisa/Client strategic intent

    Proposal development and develop the whole bid package to cover profitability analysis, workeffort estimation analysis and writing of the formal proposal to be submitted to client

    24. Conduct negotiations with client as to pricing, schedules, terms, etc.25. Account management of clients as well as partners, ensuring client satisfaction and partner

    satisfaction on Kaisa offerings/ services

    26. Client management27. Bid management28. Contracts management on all contracts brought into Kaisa as to terms & conditions, deliverables,

    terms of payment, and assumptions
