Replacement of existing 20” Bu Hasa – Bab and the Bab – Thammama C lean gas 50 km pipelines for GASCO with a new 24” pipeline due to external corrosion. Bu Hasa – Bab pipeline and Bab – Thammama C pipeline is equipped with new pig launching and receiving facilities. EPIC of New Surge Tank & Butane Supply, Qatar Petroleum Terminal at Mesaieed

Qatar Petroleum has two surge tanks in Mesaieed marine terminal, each having a working capacity of 200 m3 and actual capacity of 265 m3. The existing crude surge tank is corroded, and beyond repair and hence is being replaced by a new surge tank of the same design capacity. As a part of scope, the existing butane circulation pumps for butane tanks are to be replaced with two new butane circulation pumps with higher capacity.

FEED for New Abu Dhabi International Airport Aviation Fuel Depot, Abu Dhabi

Scope included New Aviation Fuel Depot for TAKREER consisting of Product Storage Tanks, Product Loading Pumps, Fire Water Storage Tanks, Fire Water Pumps, Substation, Operation Buildings, Control Room, Utility packages like Plant Air, Instrument Air, Electrical system, Control System, Interfaces with various Authorities, etc.

Detailed Engineering for New Standby Acid Gas Knockout Drum at GASCO Habshan Plant

Project is to implement New Standby Acid Gas Knockout Drum to handle all acid gas flared from Habshan-0, Habshan-I, Habshan-II and BAB acid gas during inspection and maintenance of existing acid gas flare knockout drums without shutting down the entire complex.

Replacement of Refrigeration System for IA Package At GASCO Plant-Bu Hasa

The scope of work covers design and detailed engineering for replacement of the existing 2 nos. refrigeration package units for instrument air (IA) system at Bu Hasa with two new refrigerant systems that shall be environment friendly.

FEED & Detailed Engineering for Installation of Electrical Submersible Pumps at WHP 07 & 015 at ZADCO Umm Al Dalkh

Closed Drain System for RDS 1 – 5 at Bab for ADCO

This detailed engineering work is carried out for Galfar Engineering, Abu Dhabi who is the EPC Contractor for ADCO. Project is to implement Closed Drain system in five RDSs to minimize the use of burn pit and to avoid cold flaring. The major equipments in the project included are, Pumps (high pressure), Vessels, Nitrogen Generators, Flares, Modification of Switch Gears, new PLC etc.

Dubai World Central International Airport Project - Fuel Farm

The scope of work covers design and detailed engineering of the phase-1B of the DWCIA Fuel Farm Package consisting of 4 x 13,500 cum above ground Jet Fuel Storage Tanks, additional Jet Fuel Receiving and Transfer facilities, Associated Piping, Buildings & Infrastructure facilities including Fire fighting, Electrical and Control system.

Basic & Detailed Engineering for Supply of Gas to New Cement Plant in Al Ain for Arkan

This GASCO project consists of 20” Pipeline, 48 Km from Scraper Launcher Station to the Consumer Receipt Station in ARKAN Cement Plant with a remote operated Sectionalizing Valve Station and scope included Basic & Detailed Engineering including route selection, route approval, line sizing, hydraulics, HSEIA, QRA, HAZOP etc.

Detailed Engineering-Rerouting of Existing Inter-Refiney Pipelines at Khalifa City for TAKREER

Project consists of Detailed Engineering for re-reouting of 4 product pipelines with sizes 10” and 12” and OFC through the new corridor. The re-routing required these 4 product pipelines to cross major roads at 12 locations which were designed using HDD.

Basic Engineering for 16" Water Disposal Pipeline System Replacement Project for ZADCO

Project consists of Conceptual study and FEED for the replacement of existing Carbon Steel subsea pipeline and associated offshore & onshore piping/scraper trap system with flexible pipelines system and new CRA offshore & onshore piping /scraper trap system, and associated HSE studies like HAZOP, PHSER.

FEED of Abu Dhabi Carbon Capture & Storage Project – Phase 1 for MASDAR

The FEED work of this project, which is the biggest and first of its kind in the word to capture the CO2 gas from the flue gases. CO2 gas captured and pressurised is transported to various oil fields to inject in to the field to enhance the Oil production. The job was executed jointly with Mustang Engineering

The other pipeline owners include Dolphin Energy, GASCO, EMRAT, EMDAD, ENOC etc. Project scope includes identification of various crossing methods (Bridge, Micro-tunnelling, HDD, open cut etc) for operating hydrocarbon lines (from 10” to 48”) when the Arabian Canal is constructed.

High Pressure Natural Gas Pipeline for ESI Expansion

New LPG Bottling Plant for Chennai Petroleum Corporation Refinery

The scope included the EPC for New LPG Bottling Plant for Chennai Petroleum Corporation. The plant consists of 2 x 24 Machine Electronic Carousels and allied facilities with a bottling capacity of 120,000 MTPM (30,000 Cylinders per day) and fed from adjacent bulk storage facility with 4 x 1,200 MT mounted storage bullets.

Retail Outlets for Indian Oil Corporation and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation at various locations

As Project Coordinator, responsible for planning, scheduling and monitoring of construction activities at multiple Petroleum Retail Outlets, Auto LPG Stations, coordination with client offices, site offices and vendors for smooth project execution and directing 35 project engineers supervising projects at various locations attending progress review meetings with clients and preparing weekly and monthly progress reports to the clients.
